I am having Sunekos next week in the same area. I really liked the way Sunekos has improved my skin texture and fine lines especially the no11s which surprised me. One of my co-workers commented on how the no11s have gone completely.
@@Noor-kp1yb Sunekos 1200 is more expensive than Sunekos Performa. For the cellulite SuneKOS Cell is used. So I love that you stopped and explained this about the anterior cheek. This is something that I’ve been studying because I have not liked the Filler placement that I received ever so I’m trying to study so I can tell them where I want the var to be placed I’m never had into your projection, but I would really like some, I don’t know that it’s possible to make it look natural if this is something that I’ve never had unless I do it like you’re explaining where they take it up like the Koreans do they make they call it the cheek when they do the cheek they do it all the way up to the orbital rim. I’ve never had a large cheek apple down low the way that a lot of Caucasian women have it so I think that this type of technique will be best for me. I have no deep fat had left so the deep pad for the medial cheek wouldn’t you want to use a higher prime product on the bone? in fact, I thought this was what you were going to do with your second injection, but it seems that you went back in with the same product, the revise? Won’t have the potential to not last as long because it’s a soft filler? Or did I miss the part where you said that you would use a thicker Maher viscous product on the bone and finished with some more to even out any visible transition?? thank you so much. I hope you will respond.
Can you please explain how you would decide whether or not someone should have a more rounded and filled in cheek on the underside of the Apex and the zygomatic arch versus having a high cheek without the roundness you know is it that certain ages look better with certain cheek. I just know that I’ve always had a very flat profile and I want to be armed with all of the best arguments and information when I go to explain to my inductor what I think I want and I know that that will look best on me, so they don’t try to talk me out of it which they do because they think they know best of course but I just love that. It looks more natural and if you’re never had that, wonder how do you know whether or not you can pull it off or you know if there’s not a natural, already to your face is a high angle and that’s it then how will they know where to place it or how to make it look the example that I got or what my face naturally looks like is like a Ryan Gosling or Emily blunt you know how they just have high cheeks and a long face or oblong face and just a very high cheekbone Apex and nothing else I noticed that the latest movie they had the Apex and the Apple was placed lateral than most people, but if they were able to bring it down lower that way, and it looked more natural versus just putting it in the middle of their face where everyone else has an apple and it looking ridiculous because it doesn’t go with their facial structure. I know this is a lot and I don’t. I feel like no one else that I’ve seen hasn’t dressed this and I know that you are very in depth with your video so I’m really hoping that you can give me some insight to the last time I had them put in accentuating my high chief phone, which is what I needed just pulling back to each cheek and I look like the cowardly lion from the Wizard of Oz no lies it was awful!!😤😭🤬. Help me.
Thanks a lot for the high quality content ❤ What eye cream would you recommend for combating fine lines and wrinkles around the eyes? Can I apply retinol or tretinoin under the eyes?
Could you do a video on the VT Reedle Shot?? Some people are saying it’s better than Tret for smoothing out the skin and improving hyperpigmentation. Dr. dray has already commented on it but I’d like to hear your thoughts.
This video is really good and on point… Thank you so much for your content… Ps: What do you think about sculptra in the midface for preventing jowls? Evelyn
Thank you 😀 I would never ever use sculptra unless it was very diluted to prevent fibrosis. To achieve your goals though watch my lecture video on antiageing/collagen if you like
This is actually a great video! Thanks for teaching the anatomy and explaining in detail which plane you’re injecting. How do you feel about Restalyne L or Restalyne eyesight in this area? Would you do a sandwich technique with it or perhaps would do it with Revise?
Thanks 😊 I'd sandwich with something like revise and then contour if needed - both from Revanesse. Check out my lecture video on HA (worlds deepest HA Dermal fillers video, I think it's called) to understand why restylane just isn't worth it for me compared to revanesse
Could you make a review / opinion on mixing Argireline Solution 10% ++ Matrixyl 10% + HA for wrinkles? This combination is being mentioned has a great "botox alternative" for our morning routine by some influencers here on youtube. Thank you :)
Hmm it's not the best for skin physiology. At the same time, why mimic Botox? It's not improving the skin physiology at all. I really am not surprised that half of these RUclipsrs have no medical knowledge or background. It's an interesting topic though, I'll note it down 🙏
@@Dr_Abs Thanks for you reply. I will look forward to your view :) Meanwhile and not trying to abuse from your generosity, in the skincare routine bellow for wrinkles, would you remove any? add some? OK, sorry forgive me. I do have another video idea. What about for using myself as an example a person who cannot cannot have a lot of HA Filler placed in the mid face without looking crazy or a natural, but there is significant bone resorption and I’m doing all the things that I’m supposed to do to help Stuff this and delay it but then I also have no fat in my face whatsoever chronic facial atrophy the whole body actually is like that and so because of this, I’m dealing with a lot of syncing and sagging. Yay for me so I know that I’ve had sculpture or sculpture just in my face OK with a very good technique. It looked amazing very natural but that was before anyone was trying to place it in the hairline which now I will definitely ask for, a period of like two years and it did get to a point where I was overcorrected most definitely but it lasted not that long actually about three or four years before I needed not even four years before I notice the midface was sinking again and after that sculpture, it was insane and it was real it was in a professional setting so I know it was real and it was on the losing metabolism and so my question is sorry after all that rambling what is the best way or the best for someone who is struggling so much with this? Is it best to do the HA Filler For for him bone replacement or do you think that radius can be used and have better results for deep bone replacement and making the product last the longest so then after that what product is best to do bone to mimic bone replacement on the more superficial, you know, like the bony projections like the cheek, the preauricular The temple the jawline, you know all the borders of the face basically and the projections and then also up in the hairline. I wish you would show examples of these things that you don’t see a lot of unless it’s really old people and I don’t have really bad skin you know, I just want to get some product that’s going to actually last and I want to get the most useful looking and the most natural to me and also when placing product in the hairline like a ponytail lift with Filler do you think that Filler is better or do you prefer a bio stimulator for that? I just wondered if the Filler couldthe hair follicles at all because I know that the brow stimulator could potentially help that make them grow better. OK sorry for rambling. I’m not gonna edit. I hope it makes sense.
Hi, I had this done on quite deep troughs 2 weeks ago in NZ. I am pretty upset because there is a definite line that protrudes out where my tear troughs were. It looks puffy/swollen. I am wondering if this will correct itself or stay this way. I think it could be a bit bruised as well. Thank you

How did it turn out?

I would never put filler anterior on the cheek, its the cheek bone area for volume loss that create the smile lines.
