Thank you! This was very educative, and cool thing is I happen to have these things, except my adaptor, is not the brand IRig, is a generic one, do you think this brand is better in terms of quality, and avoiding white noises?
Thanks for the great tutorial! Im a old school DJ started in mid 80s and the virtual stuff is all new to me. Only 1 other question though. On Newmark Mixtrack Pro can you hear the audio through your speakers while hooked up the way you described in the video? Or is it strictly through the headphones? Thank again for all the help!! 🙏
right on. I started mixing around 1999 with some single deck cd players and one American DJ pro scratch cd player. I'm also looking forward to mixing on tik tok using these tips. Still gonna use my CDJ800's first.
That should work. However you can split the signal to get audio to your speakers for yourself and the signal into your phone for a crystal clear transmission to the listeners. He didn't mention a mixer because the mixer is built into the DJ controller with his setup.
I use this exact irig. But sometimes it cuts out. Or sound goes low. Or not much Bass. Is there anything like an audio settings or audio app I can use on my iPhone 📱 to equalize the sound. Highs mids lows etc. or audio or mic settings in my iPhone to make to the stream sound more clear ? Thanks. Or link to a video that goes into this. Much appreciated. Keep up the good content
I need help !!! I got a numark dj live mix. And it doesn't have those rca Jack's in the back . Just a headphone and main and then the laptop jack. How do I hook that up to do live on tiktok? Please help
How can i transfer my desktop (Windows 10) audio directly to Tiktok Live Studio? For example, through an application (FL Studio) that I create music in?
Bro I got the same Irig, but when I connect it and go on Facebook my phone thinks I’m just trying to use my headphones. Sound won’t go in to the iPhone only out.. any thoughts?
Hi I have a question if you put your phone in your DJ controller out master were do you plug-in your monitor with built-in amplifier into the controller for the monitor to get the sound from Thanks
I need help plz. I have mine set up with normal rca cord from DDJ400 but then Connect to trrs then connected to iPhone lightning adapter but it’s not working
we need more details like how will it work to connect to tiktok like this and your PA system at the same time? is there anything input lag between your livestream and your pa system?
I have a Samsung galaxy phone that does not have any audio inputs , it only connects via Bluetooth. How would I connect my controller to my phone to broadcast a dj set?
I have the Numark Mixtrack 3. It's the same as yours it just doesn't have RCA inputs. I need a work around. Maybe my interface? I have a Focusrite Scarlett 414
Good afternoon. Thank you for the video. I did everything as in the video. But the sound in the TIK-TOK stream is very bad, there is a lot of noise. Which cable could be the problem?
As far as copyright free? Or just music in general? If you want to DJ like all pros with a full library you just need to search for "DJ pools" and you get High Quality music monthly
Great video thanks for the info! I'm new to DJing and I'm trying to figure out how to DJ from my Android phone to the DDJ-400 controler. Then connect another phone for the Live stream camera and audio. Not sure if that makes sense. Suggestions please! 1. What cables do I need? 2. Can you even connect two phones? Or should I just do it with the speakers but it won't sound as clear. thanks 👍 .
hi !! me im using the traktor s4 mk3 and i wanna know do i plug my rca cable from irig to the main out and where i plug my speaker to listen of what i am mixing , thanks
If the output is going to the stream how do you the DJ listen to the sound? I have that same controller it’s going to speakers now. If I switch how will I be able to hear? Newbie question thanks.
Depending on your controller , I have an Sr2 with booth and master outputs. One goes to rig. Other goes to my speakers 🔊, but yes you can also hear thru headphones, jus cue what you don’t need them to hear while mixing. Like my Sb3 only has one master out. But the Sr2 has master and booth.
Heeey! Thanks many thanks for Youre video.I was lookingbfor that kind od video, where its explaind and show clearly what to do.I just order all cables and irig,waiting..for magic will happening 💙☺️thanks a lot! Will let know od will work 😍
@@Timstuh Thank you, I look forward to your videos, your humility and care is genuine. I'm waiting on the product, I'll let you know. Please, feel free to subscribe. Have a great day. Thanks again, stay Awesome
Unfortunately not! You may use dual input adapter for iPhone to connect the lightening cable for charging. However iRig 2 or iRig stream could be a better deal.
How do you hear it out of your speakers as well? If I'm at a club and I have the same controller you do and plug it directly into my phone how do I use my speakers for the crowd to hear? As you know there's only one output on the Mixrack Platinum FX. I know you could bring a mixer that has two outputs but it kind of sucks lugging that around. Can you get adapters for your RCA outputs on your controller so that 2 come out on the left and 2 come out on the right then you can plug rcas to the phone and then RCA to the speakers. Is that even a possibility or is the only way would be to get something with two sets of outputs?
You can split the signal a number of different ways. What you mentioned should work, or you could use a 3.5 mm audio splitter. As long as you have signal running to your speakers for yourself to hear and a signal running directly into your phone you should be in good shape.
Thank you. I'm pretty good with that kind of stuff. I know they have an IRig Duo that has two outputs but it's really high priced so I thought I could just split my outputs from my controller I think I even have Bluetooth monitor speakers but the lag is really bad anyway I appreciate your reply.
It works as like a splitter for audio streaming. When you DJ on twitch mobile the iRig will utilize a full sound without no actual background noise while allowing you to operate a mic and more. Simply plugging in a 3.5 jack will not seperate audio
Great video but instead of repeating twice about all social medias you could go live on, you should've talked about how to setup settings on phone or gave us a walk through on going live
Which microphone for live dj do you recommend? no feedback?

What if I were to plug it into my mixer and plug my controller into my mixer as well so I can still hear out of my studio monitors ? Would that work

You mean 1/4 adapter not 3/4 right?
Do I use this just for recording, too? I can't live on TikTok yet but wanna just make videos for TikTok.
If all the audio is going into the phone, how you hear what you’re mixing?
If using the numark you'll need an audio mixer

Headphones. 😆
