HI. My iphone X don't work with RODE SC4 + DDJ SB3. First i connecting lightning to RODE 4pin. After that connecting to my iphone. But mic still working. No aux in activated. Do you have any ideas what's went wrong? Thanks.
The problem with Instagram Live (aside from Copyright issues) is that most people will only tune in for a few minutes because they want to use their phones to do other things as well. IG doesn't have a play-audio-in-background process like Twitch or RUclips does. So it's only worth using to let your followers know you're streaming and pin a comment that links them to another platform.
Same here. I was searching everywhere for days for some answers as to how to do it with my SB3 and also be monitoring it thru my speakers. I did go out and get the irig2 but it didn't solve the problem of having go thru my speakers. So yeah thank you for this.
@@teztezza2202 irig2 works perfect. Had it for a couple days now. If you have a controller with only one master out you will not be able to monitor thru your speakers. Great video guys and super informative. In regards to the copyright issues and songs becoming muted during live streaming, are there particular social channels you would recommend to live stream on to best avoid this?
We haven't found any particular platform to be better than another YET. We are still trying different sites so we may be able to feedback on this soon.
An historical artefact now; they had to push a lot of these types of devices quick because of covid dj’s, probably didn’t sell that many on the grand scale of things so, makes it more collectable 🤔
I've been using the SC4 TRS to TRRS adapter cable to go live on TikTok (@djdave80s). I only have one output on my Numark mixer, so I use splitters so I can use my speakers and hear the music out loud. So one set of cables go to my speakers from the mixer and the other which is an RCA to 3.5mm connect to the SC4 cable then the SC4 cable connects to my Android. When I record music for videos on TikTok, the audio is perfect. When I go live, everyone tells me that my audio is good. When other TikToker's go live without using any of these methods, you can hear the bad audio. Even those who tell me they use an iRig, the audio doesn't seem to sound good all the time. The only thing I haven't done is to hear my own audio from another phone when I go live. But that is my next experiment. I'll use my other phone with a dummy TikTok account to hear what it sounds like, then I'll know for sure.
@@harmonicxmusic4087 so sorry responding this late to your question. But to tell the truth, I don't know too much about this to give an answer. All I can say is that it sounds good and I am good with that. :)

I'm afraid not because unless the 3.5 jack is a TRRS ( if it has 3 little bands on it), the phone will not recognise it as an input, rather only an output. therefore the phone will believe that your DDJ-400 is a pair of headphones, rather than an instrument. a workaround could be that if you have a 3.5 TRRS male to 3.5 female dongle, it could work.
