However, unlike mig25, it is rumoured that it could only sustain 3000kph+ for a really short period of time maybe only for a moment, since the fuselage and stealth coating would fail due to friction. It’s not practical for any purpose. And the range is probably wrong too.

Your information is far far outdated. Right now the top 4 most powerful jets are J20, J35, J16 and J10C, all with domestic engines. All Su27 and S30 have retired or to be retired in next 2-3 years. No more purchases for Su35 at all since J16 is much more powerful than Su35
