The VHS tape of my childhood! 😊 I watched this so many times in my parents VCR, I'm surprised I didn't wear the tape out, lol! Always loved this video tape. Thank you for posting it. 👏👏👍👍🙏🙏
I love this era of supercars, these three cars really represented the feel of what each brand meant. As fast and advanced as these cars were at the time they somehow managed to create the sense that they were so much more than what they were in reality, which is what I think a supercar should do, make you feel like it's the most amazing and exotic thing you've ever seen.
Is this in VHS or BETA MAX copy? Its a bit boring no skid pad test, acceleration, topspeed, breaking and handling test to prove who is the better among the three but none the less rare VERY GOOD VIDEO I appreciate your upload uploader thank you! Lamborghini Fan here Since the 1980's! Countach blows away two!
Porsche = slowest BUT most reliable of the three and with the lowest maintenance. Countach = looks aerodynamic but is as aerodynamic as a brick; also has the heaviest clutch, the most uncomfortable seats, and is a real pain in the ass to drive. Testarossa = great aerodynamics to where it's glued to the road, BUT the most expensive to maintain and a lighter clutch than normal for Ferraris.
Thanks a million for uploading this gem!
These types of vhs tapes are rare treasure and am glad you are helping to preserve them!

I LOVED this video as a kid. Thanks so much for uploading it.
"What's this baby got? .. a Chevy V8?" ...lmao
I still have this glorious VHS tape, along with a few others from the era. Think I bought it from a NAPA Auto Parts store back in the late 80s.
The first time I watched an unusual kind of commercial for these 3 supercar videos !
Man, I wish that I was a drug dealer in the 80s
lol. i know whatcha mean.
Yeah, right, pal!
Same, like a big time drug dealer
This is fantastic! Thanks for sharing!
I like that Elmer Fudd explained the Porsche specs.
OMG I've still got this on VHS tape from the 80s!! Thanks for posting.......loved it!!!!!👍👍
love that opening music
I was the owner of the Countach , purchased new in 1985 just watched again great memories
Did you keep the car or sell it? It was a beautiful vehicle
Is the car still part of your collection? Do you have any 80s supercars now?
lmao "what's this baby got for a motor? chevy V8?"
Hahaha starting these oldies was probably as complicated as starting that space shuttle
@22:20.. that fool *had* a Miura and later decided to buy and drive a SuperBeetle?
thanks for posting. I remember this video when I was four.
I wish there was more of these
It's good to look up what Lambo test driver has to say about Countach. His story is gold!

1:25 you won't get a space shuttle "launch" by starting in fourth gear! (dog leg box)
man I'd love to live in those times!
I've lived in those times, minus those cars.
Countach has been my favorite cat my entire life!!
Is that Troy McClure narrating?
And incidentally; is the Porche guy the voice of Elmer Fudd?
This was around that same time my mentor's partner and friend owned a Ferrari dealership in Florida.

A RUF will wax those Italians 😄
Glorified VW bug vs 2 Italian icons.
Anyone know where I can find the 1985 "The Lambos" video that they speak about at 4:44? Been looking for it for years!...
I thought the countach wasn't fuel injected until 1987, was this an option earlier than 85
It was a requirement on US spec cars, while European cars still had carbs, and probably a bit more power.
The Challenger seems to have been a bad choice for this video after all.
So who has "The Lambos" video that they speak about at 4:40 ?
Bosch K-jet FTW! lol
Back then : cheesy boring shows with amazing cars
Now : amazing shows with cheesy boring cars ...
I will get the Countach like I always do!
TOP SPEED.. MACH 2! hahahahaha
supercars were so much better back then . other than pagani and aventador there all shit now . every last 1 of them
Man, the color sucks. It could not capture the red in the Ferrari very well.
Only Gigachads love both cars and Soyjak says that it's old car and boring.
wasted 30 mins of my life...
*Countach* > the others
Why the hell do Americans keep mispronouncing Testarossa? It's a redhead, not a rosehead!
+Pietervdv
Why do people come to an American owned website, watch an American made video, then complain about Americans?
Not complaining at all, it just doesn't make any sense to pronounce it that way in either English or Italian. Same goes for "risotto" for that matter.
+ConsoleGeek
Sergey is not murrican.
+Pietervdv American here. It's promounced "Testa-RAW-sa" not "Testa-ROW-sa."
