The difference between the. Lamborghini and the ferrari is the literal personality. Ferrari cars are Full of passion yes but at the end of the day you know its a car.... The point of a lamborghini is the fact that it isnt easy to drive. Its meant to be feisty, its meant to feel like youre a bull fighter and the car is the bull.... You have to grab it by the horns and show it whos boss... You have to fight with it. Going fast in a lamborghini should be literally a fight for your life in a feisty italian bull. And when you walk away from it you damn well know that its a living entity and not just a car

    • @adam1othman
      @adam1othman 9 лет назад +2

***** its easy sure but its not accurate, reports suggest that its still more blunt than a ferrari. but a lambo is really all about the engine and then the style.

My neighbour had a Anniversary model in a G reg. It was white with red interior. It sat rotting for years under a cover, the tyres were flat, moss growing on it etc, he’d fire it up once in a while and I loved sitting in it and pressing the throttle. It did sound a big gooey at times but never used. He decided to sell it a few years back and I knew he got £34k for it. I think I saw similar but in very good condition for around £350k lol.

My favorite Lamborghini ever is the original LP400 Countach. My least favorite Lamborghinis are all the other Countaches. I guess I'm weird that way. The only Lambo that's really come close to the Countach for me is the Gallardo LP550-2 (non-Balboni versions). The last RWD Lambos with a stick, and my favorite interpretation of the modern styling language. Honestly I'd rather HAVE the Gallardo because it's a better car, but I can't have any Lambo, so I prefer to LOOK at the LP400.

I had a poster of it on my wall when I was a kid along with a Countach and a Porsche 959. But the countach just neeeds the big wing that does nothing but look badass.
A friend of mine has both the countach and the diablo, well his dad does anyway, and the countach just kind of does it so much more for me. If you sit inside you really can see the italian saying "ah, that's good enough leather right there".
You can hear the fuel valves opening somwhere behind you if you press the pedal when the engine is not running, the big spoiler is glued together from two big parts and there is a big hump right in the middle where they didn't care to get rid of extra glue before they painted it, it's hilarious, if you bought a car today, even some dacia, that wouldn't happen :D
The Diablo is miles better quality wise, it was one of the lasts models from 2001 when audi had taken over before.
But it isn't even half as loud, although being so much faster

I never liked the look of the original Countach because the width of the body made it look like it had bicycle wheels.

I've driven every car here, from the Miura, LM002 to the Diablo. Though I am 189 cm I still love the Countach best. I knew of the heavy clutch, but I was surprised that the gas pedal also was monstrously heavy.

Wouldn't take a Countach if you paid me. They are unbelievably ugly as fuck. The Diablo was a phenomenal step up in design and the start of a steady stream of very sexy cars. If I could have a Murciélago SV, I'd be the happiest man alive.

The Miura is one of the most, if not THE most beautiful car in history. The only cars that could beat it are maybe the Mercedes 300SL, BMW 3.0 CSL, Aston Martin DB4 DB5 and DB6, Ferrari 365 Daytona, Jaguar E-type, Jensen Interceptor FF, Toyota 2000gt, or one of the old Porsche 917s. But personally I believe the Miura tops them all.

They never was a 1991 lamborghini countach.
1989 was the last year. And they finished out the 1989 production Part of the way into 1990. But they were still listed as a 1989 .
That's why they had 1989 and a 1/2. But there was no 1991 countach.
1990 started production of the Diablo.

I'd almost forgotten what a total pillock Clarkson is.
I don't know about the anniversary Countach, but the QV that preceded it had a decent-sized boot, albeit cowering beneath the enormous wang. It was bigger than the luggage space of any modern city car.
He also failed to mention that the LP400 that was in the start of this clip was from 1974, not 1971. It took them an extra three years to get from the concept to an actual production car. It was during this time that the Countach grew those ears, as they discovered that having the radiators lying down meant that they couldn't keep the engine cool. Setting the radiators upright forced them to add the extra cowling, or have the radiators sticking up above the bodywork.
