Inspiring video, I've been seeing the same in myself; anxiousness in me is not generated by my circumstances, but rather the thinking in my head around it. If I must "get something done" and I have the ability to do it, I can go for it. It's when I build a story around it related to things like: "it's not fair", "what happens if it doesn't work out", "it's going to take me a long time to do", and stuff like that that my body reacts in a negative way and makes it hard for me to do those things. For me, the next step is to not just know this at a cerebral level, but to make it an unconscious behavior to be aware when I'm generating a story around a task I must do, and to let that story end quietly without resistance.
Thanks love, your vids are awsome.
Thank you for another helpful video. I am learning to be in the now and your advice is solid :D
Thanks Megan. Things are hard but I don’t feel like complaining.
