Made this today but I used 75 grams home made vegan honey dilluted with 25ml hot water added under 1\4 cup sugar. For the chocolate I used (sugar free) and instead of the( hemp seeds ) I used , (1 tablespoon corn flour mixed with soya milk. I used grounded up peanuts instead of walnuts . Came out great.very flexible recipe !! 🙏🍀🙏 Thank you Happy Pear🍀🌿🍀💚

Sorry about your oven! Same thing happened to me when making a complex three layer vegan cheesecake for a party. Springform bottom fell out as I was putting it in the oven. I haven’t trusted a springform pan ever since.

That's a nice recipe. And by the way, I've dropped cakes, bread and pizza as well. It's so sad and embarrassing 😅 once I made a lovely panna cotta, as I took out out of the fridge, I slipped and dropped it on the floor 😢

If you wouldn't like to use oil in your banana bread (like me) you can substitute it with apple sauce! It worked very well with me!

Top tip for the best texture cook this at 180 degrees for 45 minutes 😘
Everytime we make banana bread, it never lasts for 4 to 5 days because we eat it on day 1! Your banana bread looks delicious - will give it a try!
