And lastly, why are some contracts based on plans (kung wala sa boq at meron sa plano, dapat gawin ng contractor) others based naman sa boq (kung wala sa plano at meron sa boq kailangan i-purchase, bahala na si client kung ano gagawin nya or offest if there are variation order? pero ano po ba nasa batas natin whether private or public engagement yan. On no. 1 allowed ang pag bili ng bid docs... Pwedi kasi maliit ang fee ni Architect sa Client and bibili ng Bid Docs amd bidder kay Architect.. Ang charges is not onnthe design, but on the cost of the printing of the Bid Docs. Pero marami din na ang magal mg charge ng Bid Docs na napaka unreasonable na minsan as printing cost. On no. 2, I have separare discussion on this when we reach the topics of variation and Change orders.

General Conditions of Contract is where we also put conditions that cannot be put into drawings.

For Arcchitects General Conditions is Doc 301. if the architect would use it and ok with the parties. yes
