Hello Ar. Fernandez, ganyan na ganyan din ang problema kahit dito sa Davao Sir kaya misguided masyado ang mga katulad naming bagito. Ang problema pa, kahit yung mga senior, ganyan din ang turo. Meron kaming isang GMM tas namention yung Design Build, sabi pa nung speaker "Walang Design-Build By Admin na set-up. It's either Design-Build or by Admin". Saklap kasi kahit mga Seniors mali yung turo.

maestro. the concept of 50 50 saving should also be applicable to 50/50 responsibilities pag lumagpas. hati rin sila sa excess. anyway nasabi ng spp na not exceeding the fees of the architect. does it mean pag lumagpas doon sa 10% that would be compensated by the fees of the architect. at pag umexceed pa doon sa equivalent fee, ibig bang sabihin client na ang excess? walang nakadetail masyado.

You mentioned Atty. Domondon, Lawyer as such and he himself attends MCLE, unless exempted. I know him personally. Once actual case of Disbarment case against a lawyer, once disbarred like Larry Gadon , his license was revoked; another lawyer was suspended because of violations of the Canons of Professional Responsibility.Same with Architects, they can be suspended or their License or Certificate to Practice for violations of their Oath. In fact, I am filing a case against an Architect NOW, because almost three(3) years now, TCT of the client has not been completed and the new TCT duly issued, despite payments received by him! So once he is suspended or his License is REVOKED, his Certificate to Practice will be invalidated! The ID is just an identification of membership to the Professions, like lawyers have INTEGRATED BAR of the PHILIPPINES ( IBP) ID’S. BUT PROFESSIONALS MUST UPDATE REQUIREMENTS OF THEIR RESPECTIVE PROFESSIONS TO BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE TO PRACTICE THEIR PROFESSIONS. Please read the PRC LAW not to confuse your viewers and subscribers with your blog contents🙏🇵🇭‼️☮️

Mr. Blogger Architect, important ang PRC ID dahil duon malalaman ng Building Official kung hindi Ka suspended or revoked to practice your profession, kung baga updated ka ba sa ibang requirements ng BO? Gaya sa Pharmacy Profession, kailangan magAttend ka ng required Seminars to update your knowledge about your profession, otherwise, PRC will not renew your your License to practice. The same with LAWYERS, they to comply required units of (MCLE) or Mandatory Continuing Legal Education SEMINARS, otherwise, they CAN NOT APPEAR IN COURT or Practice their Profession! Same with Architects or other Professions, you must attend Seminars to update your knowledge to your selected Profession.
