what if iniwan ng author of contract documents at ng contractor ang project sir? hindi na mahagilap, will it be ok to find a new set of professionals to apply for occupancy permit?
Sir tanong q lng po bakit walang nagkkaso sa mga CEs na nagppirma ng archl? Clearly they violated a law as upheld by the Supreme Court. Kaya prevalent po ung malpractice eh.
kasi malakas ang kapit nila. madalas sa mga yan magkakabrad din or may mutual network so ayun walang nakakasuhan. tsaka walang tulungan sa UAP kanya kanya sila. di gaya sa PICE solid sila.
architect, ask ko lang po, kung bawal poba na magpost sa fb ang architect ng mga services nya with his name and sample of works? o dapat ba company name gamitin nya>? salamat po
Hi po. Ask ko lang po kung magkano inaabot usually ang pagpapapirma ng as built plans? Sinisingil po kasi ako ng contractor ko ng 40k para sa mga signatories.
