I’ve played through this course more times than you can count haha. It really just depends when you go for conditions, but can’t beat the price. Also that Dog’s name is Calloway and he’s a badass
lmao I shank a ball in the beginning of a golf trip, get rattled for a week, take a lesson, and make a video about it. Trey shanks a ball and just says "oh my, how did that even happen" and moves on like nothing happened. There are things to be learned from Mr. Kennedy hahaha
It's like you're playing golf through the fields and woods of my hometown (which isn't in Kansas, but looks a lot like this, even down to abandoned/collapsing barns), which is awesome. If the greens were in better condition, this would be a far more interesting type of golf to me than the traditional professionally manicured courses. Still fun to watch.
You have to try out a place called Eco Golf Club in Hollywood Florida. Its a 9 surrounded by a septic plant in the middle of the florida heat lmfao it's my #1 worst course Ive ever played
While I agree the course is rough around the edges, it's come a long ways since the covid boom. The owner is probably the nicest you'll find who truly loves the game. Great place to go for last minute tee times given the KC area pretty much requires tee times set several days out anywhere else. Sod was updated in some places this summer. But with a one man maintenance crew, things take time. Don't expect much and you'll have a good time.
We were in the area to see @GoodGoodGolf on 6/3/23 this course had a tee time available. So we decided to play. Instant regret as we got to the first tee box. Learned our lesson on checking reviews before we book a tee time! Also. Sod never came. 😂
You have to come to Lakevillage, Indiana. Its a pretty huge sized 9-hole course called Leugene Links, but the conditions are awful. I would love you guys if you came to my home town and tried out the baddest green in northwest Indiana. Much love.
I went there one morning and the course was empty, I called the number, and a guy answered, I told him I was there to play, he said just take a cart and pay when I did the turn and he would be in later 😆 it was worth the $20 I guess.
I played golf for awhile in a hinge brace, tore my ACL in my right knee. but after surgery and when I was able to walk with out crutches I was playing golf. So this sucks to watch but glad you out there man
Oak Country Golf Course in De Soto, KS. Used to play there all the time when I lived in Lawrence, because I was broke and it was cheap. I always thought it was fun because it has tons of birdie opportunities. Also, an island green on a beat up executive course was hilarious to me
I play a course in Florida (772) with better conditions, touchscreen cart, 18 hole par 72 for $20. Wide open and challenging. The fairways will have some dry patches and high swing activity spots.
Mitchell's Golf Complex in Westminster, Maryland (just northwest of Baltimore). No difference between rough, fairway, green. Putting is like putting on legos. Nine par 3s, like an executive course if the executive was the CEO of a crack dispensary.
Go to Liberal Kansas. Course is north of town. They tried to build a country club surrounded by houses but no development was ever started. This was 15 years ago. It pretty rough.
Are you talking about Liberal Country Club? The town has grown around it. There's also Willow Tree Golf Course which is north east of the airport on the western side of town.
@@nachobroryan8824 no there is another course north of town on 83. Can’t remember the name but I stopped in and talked to a guy in the club house 6-7 years ago.
Jake is a pretty darn good golfer, and both Jake and Trent are very funny. Josh, if you check this comment, try Hickory Creek in Jacksonville/Gravel Ridge, Arkansas. It’s about 30 minutes northeast of Little Rock. Zero grass on the greens, but wonderful people there. The worst cobbled together carts you’ll find. 24 bucks. Also, John Daly’s course in Dardanelle, Arkansas, about 85 miles northwest of Little Rock. Basically sand “greens” with little to no grass. Beautiful countryside. $40.
I got one for you josh. Pleasant Valley Golf Course in Vintondale PA. One of the best for views but was terrible to play. I think you would have a great time with that.
Oak country golf course. I’m from desoto and I learned to play golf at this course. 3 aces after numerous summers of playing it. It has its ups and downs but I’ve played far worse courses in Kansas. In fact there is another one about a mile away which would be considered far worse.
This might seem like an anomaly, but I played a course in the Quad Cities (Illinois) called Indian Bluff, and the entire course was covered by June bugs. Like giant clumps of them almost everywhere you looked. And it was that way more than once. Worst experience EC ever.
You guys suck. Come see the course now! You have no golf skills. The dog could make the fairway better than you loosers could. This is the toughest course in Kansas. You just suck at golf
Mulligans golf and games in south Jordan utah. Great practice facility but the courses aren’t great. The par three course is awful. The normal nine hole course is better but not great
Bro this course is like 15 minutes from me. I was thinking about playing here for the first time this weekend. Not so sure now. I didn't know the course was in this rough shape lol
It’s rough but it’s fun if you don’t take it super serious. Me and my friends play here all the time and like it cause we can just mess around while we play. There’s quite a few fun holes too
Is that oak golf course??? No way I saw the title of worst course in Kansas and was like well there’s only one golf course that I would say damn oak golf course 🤣🤣
Hey Brother... we Play Shilo all the time and it is so much better now over in platte city... I do a Detours youtube channel if you are interested it hitting a course with me!
Forgot that I pulled out the sad griddy
Hate to see it. But I didn’t feel bad for you after I found out that I wasn’t going to be able to pick my own Minotaur.
I do that every other hole when I golf. Sad times 😂
I’ve played through this course more times than you can count haha. It really just depends when you go for conditions, but can’t beat the price. Also that Dog’s name is Calloway and he’s a badass
The claw at USF in tampa Florida.
Condemned club house, Sand traps for tee boxes, craters on the greens, and 9 foot gators

Also, 25$ for a cart and half a day of golfing with the bros, and not really caring about etiquette too bad, well worth it.

That’s Oak Hill or something, in Desoto. So don’t know why they skipped Leavenworth CC, it’s much worse
I used to go there when I was 18 and buy a 6 pack and knock balls all over the place 😂

Looks like they just stuck some flags on an abandoned military heavy audinance testing zone. Looking forward to seeing some real goat ranches.
too much tongue had me dying

This is the perfect amount of trash talk and seriousness. Still trying to play but having fun.
Is that the oaks

Hey. There's nothing wrong with courses like these. They are more fun, less busy, and cheaper than golfing at Agusta
Where is this course? 772 PSL right?

Yucca Ridge. As far as I know, it’s closed for good.

If I could give you 2 thumbs up I would simply because when you hit the island green, you sang "I'm an island boy". Hilarious.
Also on 18 you're supposed to try and dunk one in the silo
Yep, played it. That's generous. Widely known as the goat ranch here in the JOCO suburbs. It's where my game belongs though so I'll be back.
What course is this
@Gabriel Spiess oak country if I'm not mistaken. Been there when it looked better and worse.
@@gabrielspiess2332 oak country de Soto ks
I’ve always called it the goat farm 🤣
It's not a goat farm loosers. It's the toughest course in Kansas. You all just suck at golf
Check out the Tom Price Golf course in Western Australia! Iron ore country!
The course I work at currently used to look like this and hole #1's fairway still is in rough shape.
Oak country golf course. I’m from desoto and I learned to play golf at this course. 3 aces after numerous summers of playing it. It has its ups and downs but I’ve played far worse courses in Kansas. In fact there is another one about a mile away which would be considered far worse.
So curious what happened at 9:15 that got edited out. Lol.
This is my favorite golf content
Come play Ponderosa Springs in Coeur d'Alene, ID!
Canoe club, winnipeg, mb next stop for this series
And I learned on that course, the most ball losing course I can say I’ve been on, but gained a bunch of found balls
Come play Copper Hill par 3 course just south of St. Joseph Mo. Some of the smallest greens I’ve ever seen.
Greens are small but the course isn't in toooooo bad of shape.
This might seem like an anomaly, but I played a course in the Quad Cities (Illinois) called Indian Bluff, and the entire course was covered by June bugs. Like giant clumps of them almost everywhere you looked. And it was that way more than once. Worst experience EC ever.
White Pines in Camden, SC. You won’t regret it.
Y’all should have doubled down and played Burning Tree as well, since you’re right there…
Cecil in Jacksonville. Paid $1.50 on golfnow and somehow regret it
You have to go play the lakes at Victoria in LA
Those greens look better that many of the greens in my area.
There are courses in western Kansas that have sand greens
That was the first thing I thought of.
What course is this?
Rockingham Country Club, NewMarket, NH. Nice ppl but absolutely awful conditions and $45 for 9 holes
Guys! Come play a round with me at one of the worst golf courses in Texas, Lago Vista Golf Course.

Try lacrosse ks. “Sand greens”!!!!
Country Club in De Soto, KS... Played it once, never again Lol
25 dollars for 18 and a cart - that is strict value, but the course is over run but hey if you want to golf I'd go there all day long.

Greenville Municipal golf course in Greenville, Ms.
i see they spend a lot of money keeping the greens in decent shape lol
Frog rock, in hammonton New Jersey
Auchterderran Golf Club is up there with the worst places to play
I could have sworn that was Bob Belcher’s voice.
Thing is these are the only hills in Kansas so you just have to accept the conditions.
Not the nicest course by any means, but I'll bet if you came back in the summer when the trees had leaves, it would be a nice walk in the park.
Worst Course: The Links at Victoria in Carson, Ca
Hole two looks very familiar…
I love how you black out their name, but leave their phone number. Bravo.
Mulligans golf and games in south Jordan utah. Great practice facility but the courses aren’t great. The par three course is awful. The normal nine hole course is better but not great

Those holes are goofy not mickey😂

Played today may 26 ...greens were much better than this video shows
Had a blast for the money
MITCHELLS GOLF COURSE IN REISTERSTOWN MARYLAND

I have a course for you to play near Weatherford Tx, it’s in a very methed up trailer park. It’s real bad. Let me know if you’re interested.
The fact that the signs are black and red is ominous...
That’s not the first hole that’s the 10th hole if you go and look behind you then that would be the first hole
I’m in Kansas anybody know what course this is?
Desoto KS, country club

If you want to see the absolute most pathetic golf course, play fountainhead creek on lake eufaula. It’s soooo bad

I played this course last week 😂
Cruz farms country club Farmingdale nj
Play Springwater golf course in Estacada Oregon.
Bro they took gimmes from like 2 feet away. Finish the hole

You don't have the skills to play this tough course.
You don't have the golf skills to play the course. So sad you can't play a tough course. You better stick to the kids par three's
This is the toughest cours in Kansas! I challenge you guys to a match at the course. $ 100 bucks a hole. Come see it now that spring has sprung .
This is nowhere the worst course - looks decent esp the greens
