    If Adam was watching me climb, I swear I would fall on every V0 I tried. And if he gave me some advice to implement, I'd be so anxious to not disappoint him I'd shit my pants.

    Just arrived on time for me, as I thought about the same problem yesterday while standing in front of the wall I have climbed for weeks. Some are kind of easy for me, but some others are impossible. Really good suggestions! Thanks, Adam!

    When I cannot do a boulder I try till I make it. One boulder took me 5 sessions and over 25 tries. But I sent it.

    Shouldnt figure 4 be closed with putting right ankle under left knee and bending left leg, closing everything together? Correct me if wrong

    • @YoutubeCommenter1
      @YoutubeCommenter1 5 часов назад

      @@czatax no, its better to keep the free leg straight, so you can use it as counter balance and push on the wall

    so you add a hold instead of learning a heel hook

    Cool Video! I have a Question, do you think long arms and long legs are good for climbing? I'm 184cm in height.

      You need to figure out how to climb with your body. Professional climbers have a wide range of heights. Since you're taller, you will struggle in some areas that short climbers excel at and you'll reach past moves that will give short climbers a hard time

    • @MrMajsterixx
      @MrMajsterixx 2 часа назад +1

      He has a video on his chanel talking about what is the ideal body type for climbing where he explained that long arms mean you have better reach but also a bigger leverage so its a bit harder to climb. Watch it.

    Is anyone else bothered by the fact that Adam suggested that the guy stick his whole ankle between the purple hold and wall there? If his hand had slipped while his foot was there, that would've ended up in a horrific injury.
    I respect Adam as much anyone, but just looking at made me uncomfortable

    • @HourRomanticist
      @HourRomanticist 5 часов назад +3

      Not unless he put his entire leg into it and started hanging by his single leg. If he places it shallow, it is no different than a heel hook any other hold.

    • @frankschmitz4612
      @frankschmitz4612 5 часов назад

      Thats what i just thought like damn if he slips it could be nasty
      Also he did put his entire foot in it, that much for "places it shallow" @10:55

      @@aareundo57 yeah I guess the climber in question is good enough to not rip his foot off with this, I’m more concerned about the V2-4 climbers seeing this and ending their 2025 season early :/

      yep i was bothered thats way to risky

    • @7angels844
      @7angels844 5 часов назад

      @@jeffmaya5345 i think a weaker climber would see this move and instantly realise the risk and wouldn't do that move if they knew the currently holds they are on aren't good enough
