This green bean salad is so darn good. Left the wax beans out. The vinaigrette is divine.

The brick foil was on raw chicken for round one. Resetting the bricks on the cooked side requires fresh foil, right?
No way to know if cooking the first side also heated the foil enough to kill germs.
Seems like an important step to overlook -
She also failed to wash her hands after handling the chicken. She put the last piece in the pan and then touched salad items.

I've spatchcocked plenty of times but I've only done the first method. I'm interested in the second one but does it cook any different? I'm not able to have a barbecue where I live oh, can I replicate this in the oven

It's alarming to me that Martha is just freely touching everything (including the salad beans!) after touching the raw chicken lol...If i were making this I'd probably end up washing my hands 10-15 times or so lol
I hope Martha wash her hands with soap and water off camera after handling the raw chicken, just wiping with a kitchen towel is a big no-no in the kitchen!
