    I love how the first Galaxian secret is essentially the SASSMODE cheat from the Incredibles Xbox game, jacking up the speed to 500% and making it utterly unplayable

    There's also an Easter Egg that makes Ms. Pac Man appear in the record section

    My jaw dropped at the Darkness Tower. I thought I'd heard of the Another Tower mode before, but never had I heard of what was functionally a third quest.

      The version of Tower of Druaga on Namco Museum Archives Vol 1 DOES have Another Tower due to the games there being based on their Famicom/NES ports

    5:55 Never knew a secret like this existed in this game. This would have blown my mind as a child, and I'm still shocked now as an adult. We had no real internet access back then so we weren't aware of cheats if it wasn't in a Cheat Code Book!!! The kid in me is flipping out seeing something small as this.

    I own all 5 volumes, i keep on discovering new things about them, definitely wouldn't know about this. Also the diss on the tower of druaga, it was my favorite game in the collection back when i was 6 or 7 even though it was ridiculously hard lol

    Darkness Tower is only in the PS1 port of this game, however Another Tower is in pretty much every port of this game, for sure the arcade, Famicom, Game Boy, PC Engine, and PSP versions of the game (Namco Museum Battle Collection), and whatever else the arcade version is emulated on (say the DS Namco Museum). The MSX and Japanese computer ports might also have the Another Tower option.

    Fantastic video! There unfortunately seems to be very little information about the PSX Namco Museums on the internet (or at least the non-Japanese Internet...). Do you know how player ranks are determined in the game's data notes/records section? I've been going mad trying to figure out how to get anything higher than a D ("Novice") for Galaxian.

      I got no idea how the player ranks work. Highest I've ever seen is a C in Ms Pac Man. I've beaten Druaga and that's not enough for D. So I really don't know, sorry ^^;

      @@Ephraim225 Thanks for getting back to me. Maybe I can find out if I scour the Japanese internet.

    I have a question how did you make the video game not have any music? I tried looking for no music on the PlayStation one settings or something like that and I cannot find anything. How did you manage to get a video of this video game main menu music not play?

      Late but I'll answer. I believe my emulator was expecting the game's MP3 files to be in the same directory as the ISO. You know how you can put the disc in a CD player to play the music? I'm pretty sure that's part of the reason I had no music in the video.
