Love the way you guys cleaned up the work area, I sometimes forget that you guys are a FULL service body shop and you guys are also doing insurance work for customers....😂😂It’s SUCH a bonus watching you guys work on your own projects together as a family..👍👍And Yuri THAT was TOP NOTCH on that seam weld, I believe that it’s even STRONGER than it was originally???? Sorry to hear about Buck🐶🐶😢😢🙏🙏Keep the content coming!!!👍👍👍
Again, love seeing all you brothers working together. Great family.
Thanks :)
Agree, need to to see an introduction of all the lads. Great to see clean site is good site.
@@Motorheadco hey bro I got the same problem but my chasssis leg is broke on the right side so it is possible I can cut that off and replace????
Good times! We used to make one truck out of three or four donors at the lot where I worked. It's big fun once you get fast. We swapped complete truck and SUV interiors, swapped cabs while keeping the original wiring harness that matched the chassis, and built ourselves a few too. (My originally 4.2 2WD Silverado is "upgraded" with a 5.3 4x4 chassis and running gear.)
We used our Century wheel lift as a beastly hydraulic puller because they're so powerful and have a long stroke. Wrecker chains and J-hooks work a treat for controlling the casualty.
Love the way you boys all tag team projects. Team work makes the dream work.
Just finished the V-Tuned vid...now I’m next door at the Bros....Keep doing your thing guys!
It’s coming together nicely
Great job will look nice when you finish

I will love to have more videos from you guys, you are amazing!!
Great job lads, a true team effort! 👍🏻
Awesomely done to the team of bros. F150 getting closer to hitting the highway.
hell 1 can buy or get a used frame for about 4k$ do a switch -a-roo!! save time on a truck its just all assembly. but builders want to be cheap and compromise the safety of the vehicle .what really does the vehicle in is the srs (airbags)system thats what totals the vehicle.
That frame rail has seen better days.
Love watching you guys work. Talented family for sure !
Awesome job
Come on guys let's make this channel a hundred subscriber by the end of these year..
I can’t wait for the next video! Love this channel!!!
You guys need to invest in some snatch blocks!
Looks like y’all made a butt weld anyway after that scientific explanation! Lol
Y’all did a dam good job guys nice work of cars guys ✌️
Thing about good shows they never criticize each other
only if you do the proper repair.
The Dream-Team did it again !!! Nice piece off work Boys, looking already oke to me but I am no expert whatsoever......It is nice to see that you Guys can fix almost every damage and make it work again, wait for the next episode off this car to be back on the road again !
my opinion Dream-Team mt ass! this is why insurance co's total cars they dont want safety issues lability issues. know your salvage repair man before you buy salvage titles. salvage titles worthless unless you drive it till the wheels fall off it. try trading a salvage title at any car seller dealer broker. they will send you packing .i guess i am picky straight titles only they are out there you just have to pay more $$! i did salvage titles for 25 yrs hard movers.no warranty with salvage . hell you can only get a bank to loan you 70% of the vehicle value worse yet insurance co's wont insure salvage titles. i am just starting to find this shit out.
Notification squad in the house 🏡
I don't understand why you guys don't use carbide drill bits to drill the spot welds. It will drill like butter through the welds. You can get them at Grainger.
get a real spot weld drill the bits you can get 100 spot welds off if you dont get wild and heat them up.
You Men do great team work Thank you bringing us along.
You can the use the nozzle to keep the pack closed. It is really easy to swap the red lid side and the adhesive reacts and become harder to remove it.
Sure is nice having all the tools but you guys work you buts off another good video
Thank bro I have this same dent very much appreciated !
Great job 👏🏽
Vlad Englishman accent were outstanding, 10 times better than our new inhabitants, 600 a week arriving by dingy.
Great video guys!
I love watching your videos guys their is zero messing about and it's all buisuness when their is stuff to be done. Keep up the good work and love the no nonsense approach. I mean you are not spending half the video trying to sell me a t shirt or a nut sack trimmer.
Coming along
Good job Guys 👌🏻
Greatly brotherly team work!
Fascinating
Didn't show them changing the upper and lower control arms or the knuckle just wondering how the truck got hit any wheel damage?
The how-not-to-repair-a-truck-frame repair video😳 #highstrengthsteel #blowtorches
gravy job with biscuit wheels
Rojo caliente! 😂 Más de Yuri hablando español por favor. Lol
Great video as always, keep it up with the content, you guys are awesome!
Great work guys, who had the English accent at 9:20 ? Missing Buck.
I Need to bring my truck up i actully need a pull done on the driverside like that, but not that bad. GREAT WORK GUYS
Sometimes i wonder if all this extreme heat on the metal parts weaken them, like if i keeps the strength in a future collision
Don’t worry...... I’m sure that they followed all the correct Ford repair procedures on all the high strength steel parts🤣🤣
@@mattw4662 Yeah like heating boron steel white hot and making it soft as lead when it cools. Top notch work Lol.
the extreme heat makes the metal weaker! proven fact. see what your tensile strength is after heating then see what it is if you use no heat?
@@jimgriffeegriffee5536 I've been running a body shop for 27 years. Do you know what I call it when a guy takes a torch to the frame rack? His last day working here.
@@nathanhaynes7688 you know it!! it would never fly at my shop. that torch shit is old school when i was a kid back in say 1972 my brother used torch with rosebud end. i been in the bodyshop for 51 yrs.now days you got tempered steel uhss hss you cant heat.i-car certified i learned a lot. just look at the color of the grinding sparks.that tells a story its self. no heat from torch. some use inductor but its still heat even with no flame. i want to retire now today. thats my aim for the end of this summer if we get it? michigan winters and rust. i had my share of sandblasting rust patch panels had enough. i do the frame work.that way i know its right. besides this technology i cant keep up and it would do me no good at this point to keep up.as a retiree i think going into paintless dent removal may be the ticket? couple jobs here and there to supplement income.i cant believe some of the shit i see on here?wow is all i can say!
I really enjoyed this video
Keep up the good work
Thought you guys fell out!! Was thinking about you
Are you guys using the ford Recommended standard for proper frame repairs? Wouldn't they replace the frame. Or will this be a salvage titled truck
salvage title i would bet you any thing. the rule in michigan is if 70%of the vehicle vale exceeds the repair its a total and late modal with in the last 5 years gets salvage title by law. but it depends on the insurer and who is assigning the titles.if a insurer thinks they can make more off there loss they may spare you and give a good straight title.salvage sucks got to get a reinspection by a leo for stolen parts and to make sure the vehicle is road worthy. big painin the ass. straight titles you dont have no leo's to worry about.
Should've gotten back glass for your F250 whille you were there.
How many brothers are they? And why don’t they know what there doing hahah
When it comes to trucks yuri is the way to go
Yuri for the win👊
Jajajajajaja ROJO CALIENTE.
Nice spanish Yuri, hi from México
Great family with great work ethics. Fancy thumbnails and suggetions might get you random views but good people get viewers coming back, nice to see things getting fixed and I hope you boys can catch a bit of good luck from now on, you all deserve it for the effort put in. As I just said over on Ben's channel it takes balls to admit you messed up and start again, you boys aren't scared of messing up to make unique stuff, rock on.
great work ethics is not to heat frame rails up .replace them. safety is#1 in my book. lability is another issue also. glad i am exiting the business cant stand to see improper repairs .why another accident can happen at any time and i dont think people want there motor sitting in there lap from heating frame rail ends. thats the 1st major impact point.then you have the crush zones which disperse energy from a accident dont mess with them they are there for a reason.. hell all i have is a uni-bench that works perfect takes up no room at all.and you still can get same result as a rack.
Bending, cutting and welding! Hammer time for Yuri. 🥵 👍
Kool men
You guys are awesome!! thank you for the videos you put out

“I’m about ready to die”😂😂
💪💪🤩
Awesome
Paint match the bumpers and throw on an STX or FX4 grille. Love my 12th gen 🤘
Keep up the hard work boiz💪💯
Im a welder out of school im a union boilermaker ive always wondered what you guys get paid for this kinda work. I basically do similar style fabrication all the time but ive always just been curious about auto welders what there rates are like
I Love the fabrication episodes 👍
I think what might Work for your little door would be the locking mechanism of a Hood. You could get that Form a scrap vehicle 😉 that should work as you like
On the 3m two part products you just leave the tip on. Put a new tip on when you use it again. 8115 3m panel is the only product with a smaller side that I remember. That explanding foam cartridge wont last long after opened
Looks damn good. And even Paul approves and it's not a BMW!
I am ashamed to admit that I had my doubts when you got this truck. I should know better by now 🤦♀️ (my bad). The welding on this project is next level and it's always nice to see all the brothers on a build. Its special kind of dynamic for sure. Excellent work all the way around 👌
Rojo caliente😅 saludos desde uruguay!!
She look good
Chingon 👍
Dam good video you guys
Are you fixing the f150 on the frame mechanic
So I am just curious, my 2006 f150 I bought has a bent frame by the lower control arm bolts for when I get a alignment it does not get a true alignment, so was wondering if I am able to get just that part of the frame fixed & where would I need to go & how much would it cost?
Don't forget the hood latch.
Hey guys thanks
Which junk yard did u use ? I also need for my f150 project some parts
Where can I get them ? Thanks
I will love to work with you guys
Keep the mixing tip on the tube until you need to used it again. One tip per use.
