Can you show how to pull out a section of a rear passenger quarter panel by the lower part of the rear door I want learn how to make a successful pull on my own to repair my car thank you love the video
Rumen H. These 2 guys perfectly showing the public as the best of clowns... dont know what theyre doing .. a simple kink and tiny torn ... they would confuse and misled viewers
car o liner is better we have a velocity it just sit there and no one uses it . I like it better for full frames though, because it moves with the car in stead of working off a bridge.
A frame was bent due to hit in the rear, trunk doesn't close. Can it be straightened by pulling by that frame with another car? Thank you for the informative film.
Who oh why does the 10 thousand pound quote always pop up... If it is not my rig is 50 thousand pounds etc lol The handle of the hammer is too long you need to be using a block of wood and stand back then bash it....
I was thinking the same thing, but I am a noob so I was going with the flow. I figure once it starts tearing like that it has to be replaced. Can they weld the tears?
Arthur tussik is a true oid school craftsman he would run rings around all of these so called 'techs' way too much time to get that job out the door.time is money,s safety first.
This set up is so unsafe it's ridiculous. Using the wrong chains, hooks and no guarding. A technical school teaching unsafe practices such as this is unfortunate. The rigging is not used for dynamic variable loads. The guy hitting the hammer on the load and having his head near the line of fire if the chain brakes creates is a major safety hazard.
Though I see your point, I really don't think those chains or the bolts/other linkage is going to snap and fly in the air... This stuff looks like it could hold King Kong !!
2 weeks at the school. Not in real time. Course at least in omaha,Ne is 3 hours long, one night a week,at night. And most is book work first. Just wanted to lay that out there because all these complainers are forgetting that it is a school. 6 hrs for frame repair is about right. For that repair.
Are you kidding me!! Unbelievable!! This must be an episode of the Twilight Zone auto body edition!! Cannot believe that a so called technical college is teaching kids how to completely repair a car THE WRONG WAY! That rail is DONE. You don't weld tears and hammer and dolly sharp kinks in frame rails!! What a disaster!
They have no safety gear on, not covering the chains with safety blanket, and they are standing so close to all that pressure... If the chain snaps smh
Typically if you got damage to your intake, a/c compressor, alternator or whatever other "deeper" component, then that unibody is far from being fit for repairs for the usa or Canadian market. Oh, and freon is not used in that car. You chose to be technical in your descriptions, but lack use of proper terminology when it comes to the refrigerant.
That is dangerous 1 and 2 I don’t really believe that is going never be the same ever again once the metal is damaged you’ll never ever gonna get it 100% straight but for educational and training purposes 👍👍
My my aren't you proud of yourself... Were you that fast your first time tearing down , setting Datums , fixing the frame, rebuilding the a/c, replacing Panels, priming, painting I highly doubt it ahole....
This student will never be unemployed. He is learning a valuable and useful trade.
He isn't learning safety ways of how to operate the frame machine this lesson was so unsafe.
Impressive demonstration. The instructor and student both did an excellent job.

2 to 3 weeks .. what u only work on the week end??
Smh I would hope 2 to 3 days smh
Doesn't repairing that rail weaken that rail or how do u get structure and strengthen it
Crush zone is kinked and torn, the rail is done. get it straight and cut. Weld in the new one in days time.
Arthur tussik is king at rebuilding weecks
How much is coast that frame machine with Diacnostic
Where can I buy those pulling clamps?
whats the name of the clamps on the chassis
Chassis clamps
Interesting, why not cut the damaged part off and weld on a new piece? Is'nt the integrity of the metal where it collapsed compromised?
That is what I was thinking. If the frame rail is kinked or torn it must go.
I'm guessing, it's an option wich welding might cost more than just pulling
I don't have a machine I have a strong tree and thats what I use 🤣🤣🤣
Nice thinking dears
Arthur Tussik's watching this and laughing at both of them
جيد

Shut up , youve been on that stage as a beginner just remember your good and shitty days
The glazing is wild
Who honestly loves this measuring machine... Velocty < Car-Oliner...
car o liner is better we have a velocity it just sit there and no one uses it . I like it better for full frames though, because it moves with the car in stead of working off a bridge.
I had to scroll down to see the shit talking comments for this one haha
Nice tools !!!
How much does something like this cost? I need to get a frame straighten on a car.
MrOldeastdallas same question here

straightened by pulling by that frame with another car? Thank you for the

Yas
The worst part is ordering parts because 9 out of 10 parts will come damage.
This video should have been approved by a Chief frame tech..
While they were talking I wouldve had that car pulled and putting it back together....
PS you shouldn't have your hand on the chains
Who oh why does the 10 thousand pound quote always pop up...

OHSA would have a field day.
75 x40 is 3000 x 3 weeks 9000k car work only 1200 usd
That rail is NOT repairable.
It's fucked...
I was thinking the same thing, but I am a noob so I was going with the flow. I figure once it starts tearing like that it has to be replaced. Can they weld the tears?
All the parts on site , I ll hand that car to my paint guy in 8 hours .. 2-3 weeks for what ?? 😀😀
Paint is included in the 2 weeks and he is a student working @ school not all day! Everyone is a hero in the comment section!
I would of done replaced it
If that clamp on the right slips off he’s directly taking a shot to the knees with a 5 pound clamp

All you need is on the job training companies need to get back to that

your right

Colin Farrell was an auto tech before becoming an actor
Looks like it's his first day at the frame machine for being an apprentice..

Guys with a Oak tree and a Harbor Freight chinesium chain laugh at these guys.
Сенгкю 👍👍
Your hand on the chians is a big no no bro.. you coach should be correcting you
Used some heat
U guys are not very experience and its scary to see u work .
damian ramdass
Did u miss the point of it’s a school??
you could not use heat on high strength to straighten it
Scar JD right lol just gotta replace it now
They’re not supposed to be grabbing the chain while pressure is applied
I can’t believe what I’m seeing that rail is not repairable 😳
you must be new comer in auto repair
you got to straighten it before you can replace it
Are you kidding me!! Unbelievable!! This must be an episode of the Twilight Zone auto body edition!! What about taking 2 to 3 weeks doing the repair? Shouldn't take but 3 days at the most, what do you think?

what are you talking about intake alternator are not part of the unibody whatever is damaged in the unibody it gets replaced
That is dangerous 1 and 2 I don’t really believe that is going never be the same ever again once the metal is damaged you’ll never ever gonna get it 100% straight but for educational and training purposes 👍👍
Two weeks? lol Thats more then the car is worth.
The parts are already checked in and ready, car will be done in two weeks? i can make enough money to buy that focus in 2 weeks
That repair should take about a week, that’s including working 10 plus others car also
Jonathan Olsson plus waiting on parts lol
Jonathan Ollson hahahahaha,that was funny

Poor Chad.
