It's nice, however there are so many e-bikes out there that I don't even know where to start looking. I say, you either go all out or just don't get it.
good point, NoNegotiations. there’s tons of eBikes out there and it’s hard to know where to start
Look at Hyper E-ride series and Schwinn's. Their pretty good and fairly way cheaper to get and do a upgrade platform from such. (Hyper is 645$ and Schwinn's are around like 800 to 1500. With one of their cruisers having a mid-drive.)
Hyper currently has 26inch mountain (has V-brakes but can be converted for full disk brakes.), 700c comfort, 26inch cruiser, and 29inch mountain (disk brake full on and built on chain-guide on frame.) 250watt, 36volt flush frame battery.
Schwinn has a pretty good mountain bike, and from what i heard has a nice PAS that is a smooth activation system compared to other PAS that take one spin and ramp to full power to fast.
I felt the same way, I was so confused what makes me buy this izip was it was lighter than the more expensive ones so I can lift it into the back of my SUV, I have had it 2 weeks now and I am enjoying it, I have a trek but getting older thought I would treat myself,

I have a Stromer ST2 with a 500 watt motor and a Folding EBike with a 250 watt motor. My average HR riding my Stromer is 132. Riding my Folding EBike is 106 according to my Apple watch. My resting HR is 58. I was surprised. Feels harder riding my folding Ebike. Has to be the fun of riding fast. Spinning.
now that Stromer sounds like a dope ride! and interesting to hear about the differences in heart rate. i wonder why it's higher on the Stromer?
@@electrifiedreviews I think it is the fun of keeping up with cars. I can ride comfortably with effort at 28 mph and it feels safer. So I ride the whole time full out. My folding Ebike rides comfortably with effort at 17 mph so not keeping up with cars so I tend to ride it at 12 to 15 k mph. No difference in safety. I enjoy both but if I want a workout I ride the Stromer. The Stromer also does not have that Bosch wall effect where you hit the max speed and it is no more help for you....it seems to kelp to 30. Rear hub fan.
