Есть муфты, просто надо вырезать кусок трубы и установить муфту, это будет надёжно и без всяких премудростей!

Hell of a lot of work for a really Micky Mouse Saturday afternoon repair. 9.9 times out of 10 these « fixes » don’t last. Keep doing it, though. It creates work for legitimate plumbing contractors who thank you for always looking for short cut solutions.

Two remarks: 1) the interior of the pipe have to be very very clean and dry 2) the piece put in the initial tube will retain all impurities flushing in the tube, can colmate the pipe.
Ingenious but risky…
You know, you can just cut a section of pipe, then split it in half horizontally and glue that over the outside. It'll effectively clip on when you put it in place. Make sure there's plenty of overlap. It'll look much neater.
that,s also what i want to say. De inside of the pipe is usually to dirty to glue it as well!

Many years ago I used a similiar procedure. on PVC pipe I cut a piece long enough to adequetly cover the damaged section and cut a strip out of the length, like he had on the second piece and then use PVC solvent over the area to be patched and the inside of the patch, and it snaps on the pipe and I added a couple of screw type hose clamps to hold hold the patch tight while the PVC solvent dried. did it many times and never had a leak, simple and easy !!!
Pipe was water water? Not under pressure I guess?
my thought was if you are putting the external patch on anyway why not use PVC SOLVENT on both the inner and outer patches then if the inner does fail the outer will still stop any leakage at no extra cost
Ну к новой трубе это можно приклеить а к той которая была в употреблении и грязная изнутри нет. В дальнейшем будет 2 проблемы, этот сегмент отвалится внутрь и дальше по трубе где-то застрянет это первая проблема а новая (старая) дыра никуда не исчезнет.

Have done this type of repair for years but only used the external patch and also used jubilee clips as well if access allowed, and this was viewed as a temporary repair but some became permanent at the customers request!!

Faltó limpiar el tubo por el interior para que el pegamento tenga más adherencia. Claro, si es tubería en uso y considero que hubiera sido mejor ponerle pegamento a todo el parche exterior .

Très ingénieux, je propose pour améliorer cette réparation et la rendre plus solide, de poncer les deux parties avant assemblages pour enlever le vernis du PVC et dégraisser à l'acétone, pour la deuxième rustine pour quoi ne pas se servir de colle PVC également comme dans la premiere rustine ? et tous les cas trés bien pensé, merci.

Here in the USA , we plastic pipe called Schedule 40 & 60 ? Which is very thick as I expect it is for underground use , no rusting .

کاملا اشتباه است.
چون امکان داره اون قطعه ای که داخل لوله گزاشت به مرور زمان از جا کنده بشه و در داخل لوله به یه زانویی گیر کنه و در داخل لوله گرفتگی ایجاد بشه و بعد یه فاجعه هست.

Надо было только склеить, из наружной стороны, из нутри не стоило!. Из нутри будет всё цепляется, и в дальнейшем произойдёт засор.

Looks great however I would of just used the external one glued on. The internal bore of the pipe should be as smooth as possible.

Came to say just this. Also would have used proper PVC pipe solvent to attach the repair sleeve.
Feather the edges of the internal patch to reduce friction for wire pulling or turbulence for water transmission.
@@pacemart60 don't have to cut, just use pvc cement to put the outer piece on would be a much better fix long term.

If the problem pipe were 4 inch cast iron waste line, could you use 4 inch PVC for the repair like in your video?

Since it's a non pressure situation , you probably could as long as you prep the inner contact surface of the iron pipe and use a good quality epoxy like jb weld. The pvc patch and iron pipe will need the contact surfaces to be roughed up for best adhesion of the epoxy. I have used aluminum from a soda can to bridge holes in iron traps under old concrete wash sinks . The epoxy build up on the outside becomes the pipe when the aluminum eventually corrodes away. Sure beats finding adapters for pvc to iron and the high cost of these repair parts.

No inspector would approve that Mickey mouse patch.
Will this work with schedule 80 pvc pipe under 70lb of water pressure.
If you don't have the money or time for a repair using code approved parts , you could use the method . I have done it with 2 inch sch 40 irrigation pipe 2 feet below the ground with good results( 75 psi). Stainless steel clamp on patches and compression unions are okay as long as the rubber gaskets don't degrade. Meticulous cleaning of the inner surface of the pipe and prep for proper solvent weld is critical with edge feathering of the outside edge of the patch. Avoid excess glue on the inside ,as this will also help reduce water turbulence . Using approved repairs may still leave edges on the inside which can add resistance and turbulence. It's empowering to make successful repairs in ways that are not

Yes you not only created a uneven resistance in the pipe but that is grey pipe which indicates electrical pipe. So if the wire is pulled through the pipe you now have a jaged inside piece which can now potentially strip or cut the wire that is then pulled through the pipe.

The pipe is treated for uv so sun does not crack the pipe.
Hub for coupling usually attached on ends.
3 and 4 inch pipes usually for the heavy guage wire.
Supply water pipe is white drain pipe is usually black ABS. Water drainage into dirt or rock is white corigated dsw pipe.
