Pretty good! Btw the "cloudy mirror" option in the gravity controlling item question in XIII-2 is a reference to the cloudy mirror from FFX! Its the noah's lute/galuf's bangle question!

Lightning Returns is my personal favorite of the Trilogy.
I love the soundtrack, my personal favorite is Yuna´s Gunner outfit and the ending is just beautiful

I platinumed Lightning Returns this year and I was surprised how good it is. Also, seeing Caius Ballad again is always great.
I'm glad you think that way! I'm EXACTLY the same, I've been doing that these weeks, I platinumed it already but now I'm trying to beat Bhunivelze+ on hard mode.
I'm 140 hours in and still wanting to play lmao, it makes me really happy (and yes, Caius and Yeul are my favorite addition that 13-2 brought)
@@DroWarriorOfLight XIII-2 is easily my fav and in my Top 5 FF, but honestly LR is so unique and especially the bosses are so fun. Caius, Bhunivelze, the superbosses Ereshkigal and Aeronite... did them all in one walkthrough, so the time limit was really annoying, but still, great game indeed.

Need remaster!!! A graphic update indeed. (Take Crisis core as example) the battle scene would be epic !!
I also like their own reference to their own game: the ark theme/Bhunivelza is literally XIII game over theme. The performance sang serah theme, the promise trumpet, last hunter in arena. I really hope they play the 'final fantasy main theme' during ending cut scene(when they stand infront of the crystal)
I think one of the things I want the most in FF is to have an updated 13 trilogy thing, in whatever way they decide, I'm not an expert.
Oh, the self references are indeed very nice, I remember that one of the things I loved to see was a woman in Yusnaan who's a singer and when you finish the quest of her songwriter the song she sings is "Memories" I think?, which in-universe is Serah's favorite. I thought that was cute because I love musical references. I think that's the one you referred to as serah theme
Honestly, after playing Stranger of Paradise, Final Fantasy 15, and 12, it’s made me realize how good these games actually are.
I know! I think what boils down to is how much you enjoy a game personally and I had a blast playing them, it's that emotional attachment that you can have with them what matters the most 😁
@@DroWarriorOfLight Exactly! I found myself not to into it the whole way. But I started remember the soundtrack, some of the locations, and even some of the characters. How beautiful the first 2 games were (Lightning Returns was a little lacking but still good). Now Square is just a shell of its former self, too afraid and too lazy to put out anything original or creative. Now it’s just push out whatever will sell the most with the least amount of effort (I.E S.O.P) and ran by someone perpetually stuck in a mid life crisis (Nomura and co.)
And what hurts the most, they were my favorite video game company. Were :.(
15,12 and 13-2 are easily in my Top 5 FFs!
@@Vayne_Solidor that’s great! Mine would be X and X-2 (counting them as one), 4, and Lightning Returns despite not caring for the story the gameplay was great!
I played the hell out of XIII and lowkey liked the pacing of the Paradigm Shifts, but I legit don’t remember any of the game seeing some of the cutscenes lol
