If she-hulk was a courtroom comedy with Jen taking cases for hero’s. If this show had good writers Jen and Bruce could’ve had a real conversation about the sources of their anger and relate to each other. This could’ve been the first time Jen found out how bad Bruce’s abuse was and showed her that rage can come from anywhere and everywhere but at the end of the day the destruction is still the same
And then have an overall story about a mob boss she was prosecuting before becoming a hulk. Instead of a dumb tech bro incell stereotype idiot being the big bad at the end. Would have been closer to her comic book origin, as far as I am aware at least, and far more dramatic.

The ironic part of that statement is the character of She-Hulk was saying exactly that through the whole series. It's like the writers themselves knew what the show should have been, but just...didn't do it.

It's-It's what Matt Murdock does though. He has a terrific sense of smell; he can smell the gunpowder of a sniper's shot from like 5 blocks away. Dude can pick someone out from a crowd by their body smell alone. In the comics, Daredevil gets on his hands and feet, creeping around while following the scent of Carrion of all people. Carrion's ability allows him to kill the scent causing bacteria around him. Daredevil was still able to follow him. Every other few panels, Daredevil is sniffing like a hound dog, he does the same thing as Wolverine does but Wolverine's smell ability is stronger. If you haven't read Daredevil comics, do so. He's a creepy crawly freak prowling around at night. Hahaha

As she worked for the DA (alone on at least one case) before her transformation, she must've been pretty good. But that is more something that falls into the rule of filmography: show, don't tell

While the judge is right, usually a lawyer should argue that to the judge, not have the judge state that himself. However, since that was his “cause” for dismissing the case, that’s probably why.
Yeah, it makes sense for the judge to state it because hearing it for the first time means that the defense didn't know, and neither did the prosecutor in this case. Because it was essentially new evidence brought to light, the judge uses it as the reason to drop the case entirely. Like voiding a warranty because you used the product wrong would also get a case thrown out immediately by a judge.

I like how in this single case they throw their strange obsession to make her strong, badass (and failing doing so) just to have Daredevil absolutely smashing the entire show.
This was my favorite episode of the show I enjoyed the team up and how Jen started to understand what being a superhero was about. I really would like to see Jen interact with other heroes in the future
Reed Richards provided uniforms for She-Hulk and some superheroes. He created fabrics made of unstable uniforms. AT least thats the way it was PRE-MCU.

Sue Sue storm will look a little out of place without a 50's hairdo.

They could have made it like Phoenix Wright. Where we had different court cases with them as prosecutor and defence attorney.
