So, Toc-Man is an evil robotic version of Pac-Man, Spooky is an all powerful ghost from the medieval era, and Erwin is an alien mad scientist with love for machines and crazy world domination plans. Toc-Man reminds me of Metal Sonic, Spooky reminds me of Sauron, and Erwin reminds me of Dr. Nefarious.
I’m gonna be honest, as much as I love Spooky to death as a villain and boss, I think the best one is actually Toc-Man, he is very difficult not too hard, but not a pushover, he uses your move set against you and makes sure you get punished for failing to avoid his attacks and his fight is exactly what a final boss should be, testing the skills you’ve learned throughout the game and how you can work with them against you.
Edit: the voice clips and his taunts are the cherry on top.
As a Toc-Fan, I approve of and agree with your comment.
TBH, I started with W1 anyway and had a bias toward mech chars, but he still remains the OG villain to me.
@@OverlordZeroULTIMA Spooky definitely has the most potential, and has my favorite design and intimidation factor, but I think of the 3, Erwin might be my favorite character because of how hilarious he is to watch and the bantering between our heroes making him stumble upon himself, I hate his design, but his character is definitely the most fleshed out and memorable as a result.

I think the same. For me Toc-Man is the best final boss, since he had different mechanics and force you to use them as well on each phase. Spooky and Erwin's fights are basically the same through the fight and the way to defeat them doesn't change neither.
As for the music, the three are so cool.

Toc-Man is actually very creative, because it doesn't only resemble Pac-Man's name, but it's also "Namcot" but reversed.

@@lamiamekni2802 Nope. If you've seen the trailer for Pac-Man Museum, the Pac-Man model looks like the model from World 1. They might be working on the HD remaster of the World Trilogy. Have faith! 😄😁

I have an appreciation for Erwin and I wish he didn’t get as much hate as he did. Him not looking like ANYTHING that would be in a PAC-MAN game of all things was probably the intention, after all the entire game had introduced different dimensions. Once again, his design might be a bit silly and out of place at first, but it makes sense in the idea of new realms and dimensions which World 3 had introduced. Is he my favorite World villain? In my favorite entry of the World Series? Well, no. That’d go to Spooky and World 2. Still, the hate he gets is kinda sad.

Erwin is super evil when you think about it. He’s trying to crash the Spectral World into the real world, but it won’t kill everyone. It would cause a dark nuclear winter full of killer spectral monsters, Erwin’s machines, and Erwin himself. That’s some messed up sh*t right there.
Updated- One good news is, Pac Man World getting remake, but we got Pac Man World 1 instead.

I just wonder why the ghosts were scared of Toc-Man in the first place.
If you mean the final scene, I think they were more afraid because Pac-Man showed up and they saw him.

Because he's as powerful as Pac-Man and he claims himself to be the real Pac, even if all the ghosts know he isn't (plus the ghosts always wanted to capture him so they have similar goals)
Can we really consider Pac-Man World 3 as part of the World series? The tone and everything is so.. different from the previous two titles, like it should've been a spin off or something.

If I'm not mistaken Pac-Man World 3 was originally going to be a completely different game that was going to be much darker but was changed to be a squeal to World 2

See Toc-Man makes sense, it’s a robot Pac-Man controlled by a ghost. Spooky is a badass medieval ghost and he has a cool voice. Erwin? No. Absolutely not. He doesn’t fit in at all with the Pac-Man universe. He’s like if a munchkin from the Wizard of Oz tried to dress up as an alien, and he gives off way too many Uncanny Valley vibes

First battle's solid but the pellet throws can be tedious, second battle's pretty cool but the gold form being just cosmetics lets it down a bit, and the third battle works more than the other Erwin fight since you rescue Inky and Clyde (needs more voice clips though)

Toc Man's fight was the best, Spooky's is p good, and Erwin's is interesting but p basic
My order of faves literally goes like this:
Toc-Man: LOVE! Would totally attend his party and give hugs.
Spooky: Like, but the sparkles don't do his design justice, imo. I thought he was a knight, not a sorcerer. Maybe I was wrong about his role in his time.
Erwin: HATE! His mechs are better than he'll ever be as himself. Was super glad when he was defeated.
