You really should do full scale comedic series! These are pure gold, sense of humor, directing and acting chops are top notch - I would easily give moneys to watch it regularly!
Love it. . Props to Josh & Justin for the exorcism scene. The lighting, costumes, and acting are fantastic. Also great tips for items on set. 👍 Cheers guys #filmriotfam2021
Justin from Film Riot has a similar energy with Clint from Corridor Digital. Physical actor. Tall. High energy. Humorous. Looking like a meerkat if it were a human.
Love that yall found a way to inject a sense of humor into every tip. That may be a secret message (tip6) that when. Appropriate, its ok to have fun on set.
I absolutely LOVE being on set. You are right on water. I just keep a Sharpie at the craft table. Binder is vital for Scripty. Find a form to record sound and camera data. Good hint on charger and/or usb power bank. I get asked all the time. Make sure it works with Android and iphone.
Love it. Although I seriously think people need to reconsider The Fanny Pack. It’s a total Life Saver. And a Tacky/Stylish conversation starter! Win WIN!
Here are 5 things I must have as a Filmmaker. 1. Confidence 2. Motivation 3. Inspiration 4. Determination 5. An idea (no matter how good or bad because it's not your only one)
I never knew such simple and CHEAP tools can be such a big help on set. I always thought you'd need the most expensive stuff but clearly not. Thanks for the tips
Missing your show this week!! Always looking forward to Thursdays and bam its Sunday and still no show. Ruined my week. I hope you all are doing well over there and look forward to the next zany bit of info you throw at us.
Bottle holder pouch, where have you been all my life?! I would have never thought about needing one of these. Goodbye stretched-out pockets and hello Cinebag!
Thank you for reducing the prices on your site. Now the prices are fairly reasonable. Cinematic colors 31 dollars. I would have preferred 29 dollars, but there is no problem. The question is whether these prices will stay on or will it rise again
Yo! I live 15 minutes from Pickens. The Jockey Lot is one of those magical places where you can buy a chicken, advil, funnel cake and a mattress all within like 100 feet of each other.
An entertaining film. As an a.d., I'd say my fanny pack and the metal clipboard box I bought as a trainee more than 30 years ago. I never go to set without either one.
1) No drinks on set! 2) No sitting or hands in pockets! 3) Cubeplugs are welcome. 4) Pens, binders and paper are welcome. 5) Charged batterypacks are welcome. But not for phone-charging. 6) No phones on set.
This show is one of the first things I watched on RUclips regularly when I was younger and it still is one of the best made shows here.
Agree
Glad they bringing the skits back
You can learn more from film riot than film school💯

This show is high quality, informative, intelligent and hilarious all at the same time 🤣
This is so helpful. I'm working on a set in august and I'm sure these will come in handy.
So excited to have Justin back!!!
I like how Film Riot is slowly returning back to their comedic ways while sharing a crap load of knowledge for us filmmakers.
It's great how you never compromise comfort on the film set.
Love the Collapsible Chair and Happy Butt combo
Love it. Although I seriously think people need to reconsider The Fanny Pack. It’s a total Life Saver. And a Tacky/Stylish conversation starter! Win WIN!
Looks stupid, but useful AF, amirite?!

You can also get butt pads from home improvement stores in the gardening section. Pads to kneel on/sit on.
All of these are spot on
I never knew such simple and CHEAP tools can be such a big help on set. I always thought you'd need the most expensive stuff but clearly not. Thanks for the tips
Very helpful as always. Thanks Film Riot

Having fun while giving out free game, this is a great Channel
Oh, I already knew I needed one of those camping seats… but, as a PA, I can’t sit down, so I’ll just continue to suffer until my legs fall off. 🥲
PA life sucks ass.
It’s a step toward bigger and better things. Faithful in little, faithful in much.
Bro, get you one of those exoskeletons 🤣
get good shoes and change your socks at lunch (and your shoes too if you have multiple pairs) you'll feel like a new person.
@@c0pyimitati0n I actually looked at those, not gonna lie. Lol
loved the episode guys! so funny and informative!
Really fun ep. Lots of good tips.
Opening skit is excellent!
The humour here is relief.
That sketch was top-tier
FILM RIOT IS BACK FOR REAL!!!!
This talking head set is beautiful.
“So, is this gonna air anywhere?”
”No.”
“…”
😂
Bottle holder pouch, where have you been all my life?! I would have never thought about needing one of these. Goodbye stretched-out pockets and hello Cinebag!
Will this air anywhere? No... Bit my lips from laughter while eating. lol
You can learn more from Film Riot than film school💯

Justin its what Film Riot needed to get back to his comedy roots
Thank you for reducing the prices on your site. Now the prices are fairly reasonable. Cinematic colors 31 dollars. I would have preferred 29 dollars, but there is no problem. The question is whether these prices will stay on or will it rise again

Laughed when Ryan said you probably don't live in Pickens, SC. I'm about 40 minutes away

You gotta cushion that tushion!
Wow . That was intence . The lord compells you 😂😂😂
I'm planning a small shoot soon and I think I'm gonna try grab all of these to aid my crew. Even though it's only a 3 man shoot 😭
