The dialogue between Butcher and Kessler was the best part of this unhinged ass episode.

@vampyre_with_a_suntan Yeah, I thought it was just me, but I saw people's reactions online the next day. I feel like they went a little too far with this episode. A lot of the time the shock value stuff feels like it has a reason to be there, but this episode just felt like shock value for the sake of shock value
@@edquad2765 I think the main issue is that they're great at the shlock, gore and shocking shit - truly great at it - even if its gotten a little stale at this point.
What they're really not great at is dealing with the aftermath.. you can kinda trace it all the way back to the aftermath of Robin's death - that truly was some glossed over nonsense if we're being honest about it. And it certainly doesnt help that they've gotten progressively worse at it since then.

And I speculated Joe was like Becca after the first drop of episodes, so it isn't a spoiler, because it was never "officially" confirmed by anything until this episode.

guys, I want to suggest 1 new anime this season that I just watched. the title is Tsue to Tsurugi no Wistoria, its really recommended you guys to watch and react it. with its beautiful graphics and good angles and the fight scene is not stiff and like a movie. tells the story of a boy who has no magic who wants to be the top person in the magic world.

Yo, they need to tone it down already with this whole “people are into weird kinks, so here’s a good example”. I think Herogasm episode we already got the idea or even that Termite dude with him shrinking down. We didn’t need that human centipede BS or this episode with the horrid stuff Huey had to go through, especially after losing his dad. We get it man. People are in to weird stuff but cmon!

Aint gonna lie.. I really thought that they'd wind up doing something interesting with Ashley once she let Maeve slip off to live her life - and yet somehow here we are.

I'd say... season 3 is my favorite, followed by 2, followed by 1. So far, this is in last for me. I'm hoping this season gets better. It doesn't help that it really doesn't feel like the plot has progressed much at all. This season feels more like a setup season for 5
