    I would love to see such a series for posterior pelvic tilt exercises. Did I miss such a video somewhere or are you planning to upload one :)? Your video explaining the symptoms was very helpful and now it would be great to have a video with a flow of these exercises for posterior pelvic tilt. Thank you so much in advance.

    Nice explanation. It helped me focus on the right pair of muscles. My ATP is also getting better. Do you also have a video on exercise/yoga to fix forward bending problem caused due to slip disc L4 L5? These exercises also has helped me with forward bending problem. I am wondering if there is something more I can do to fix that problem. I have been going to physiotherapists from last 14 months but not much progress. Your video has helped me more than any physiotherapy!

    Oh my god!!! This is incredible! I have been getting really into fitness since 2020 began, and it seems like no matter how much I do that my stomach always sticks out. In the last week or so, I realized I have a very intense pelvic tilt! Doing these exercises here with the tips you give is life changing. I can do only about 30% of what I normally do! I have deadbugs as part of my workouts, but I haven't been doing them nor any of my ab exercises properly. Doing these exercises really make it clear how unaligned my hips are. I can't wait to incorporate these into my routine, I can tell they are going to be a game changer. Thanks so much for all of the detail! Xo

    The low lunge is not possible lately since my knee doesn't feel good. I can do a low lunge in more a 90 degree angle. Why does my knee hurt?

    If I do the strengthening exercises Terri or the tinged a day, would the muscles have enough time to recover?

    Wish you were not wearing a sweater, it was hard to see each movement and what it does, please please wear clothing which would allow us to see the subtle changes with each move. I love your videos btw, find it super helpful!
