    a ''genius'', the greatest unknown songsmith in the world , Bill is the midnight moonbeam that reveals all , but only for a moment. You need to catch that moonlight if you can and if you do , consider yourself blessed,

    Bill Fay was not part of the Tavistock Institute's indoctrination plan - so he wasn't made famous. He's incredible. Just found him and first heard Be Not So Fearful. All of his tunes are super wonderful.
