    I eat these 7 foods every week. I also add fresh coriander and parsley at least 5 times per week in my green salads and smoothies. Parsley, coriander, tumeric and seamoss saved me from ending up in a wheelchair or having knee replacement surgery. Rocket/Arugula should also be on your list. I eat it in salads too. It alkalines the body and reduces bp and a1c. I eat it at least 4 times per week. Raw foods and herbs are medicines from God, Who loves us unconditionally ❤️

      That's wonderful to hear how these foods have positively impacted your health! Adding fresh coriander, parsley, turmeric, and sea moss to your diet is an excellent way to enhance the nutritional value of your meals. These ingredients not only boost flavor but also bring substantial health benefits, as you've experienced. Including rocket (arugula) for its alkalizing properties and benefits for blood pressure and blood sugar control is another great choice. Your approach to using raw foods and herbs as natural medicine is inspiring. Thank you for sharing your experience and reminding us of the healing power of nature and the love that surrounds us. Keep thriving on your healthy journey!

      Here are some alternative vegetables that you might enjoy and that offer similar nutritional benefits:
      • Spinach: Rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
      • Cucumber: Hydrating and low in calories.
      • Ginger: Known for its anti-inflammatory properties.
      • Beets: A good source of fiber and nutrients.
      • Lemons: High in vitamin C and can help boost digestion.

      Yes, pickled beets can be a great way to enjoy the benefits of beets without the strong flavor that some people find off-putting. Pickling can help to soften the texture and add a tangy flavor.

    How is this good for us if spinach and beets are high in oxalates?

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  2 месяца назад

      That's a great question! While it's true that spinach and beets are high in oxalates, which can contribute to kidney stone formation in some individuals, they also offer numerous health benefits.
      Most people can enjoy these foods in moderation without experiencing any negative effects. However, if you have a history of kidney stones or other health conditions, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional to determine the optimal intake for you.
      Additionally, there are many other vegetables that are lower in oxalates, such as cucumbers, celery, and leafy greens like kale and collard greens, which can be incorporated into a healthy diet.

      @@jchall2062 You're absolutely right-kale does contain oxalates, and boiling it can reduce their levels. However, boiling may also lead to some nutrient loss, particularly water-soluble vitamins like vitamin C and some B vitamins. Beets can increase sugar levels for diabetics

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  Месяц назад

      Beets contain natural sugars, which can affect blood sugar levels. However, they have a moderate glycemic index and a low glycemic load, meaning they have a relatively small impact on blood sugar when consumed in typical serving sizes.
      Additionally, beets are rich in fiber, which helps regulate blood sugar levels.
      For individuals with diabetes, it's important to monitor portion sizes and consult with a healthcare provider to determine how beets can fit into their diet.

      I understand that the earthy taste of beets isn't for everyone. To make them more palatable, you might try pairing beets with citrus fruits, apples, or berries in smoothies to mask their flavor. Using coconut or almond milk can also help neutralize the beet's distinct taste. Additionally, adding powders like raw cacao or pitaya can enhance the overall flavor. Roasting beets with a drizzle of honey or balsamic vinegar can bring out their natural sweetness and reduce the earthy notes. Experimenting with these methods might make beets more enjoyable for you.

      @@AlinartHealthis it true that eating foods like spinach is good for combating cancer because it creates an alkaline environment that cancer cells can't tolerate ? Also is it true that even if a person eats food that has a high alkaline content , that the

    • @AlinartHealth
      @AlinartHealth  4 месяца назад

      @@clementjohnson2666 Thank you for your thoughtful questions, and I'm sorry to hear about your diagnosis. Spinach, along with other leafy greens, is often praised for its nutrient density and cancer-fighting properties due to antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds, but the idea that it "alkalizes" the body is a bit more complex.
      While foods like spinach are considered alkaline, the body tightly regulates blood pH regardless of what you eat, so eating alkaline foods doesn't drastically change your blood's acidity. As for your second question, the stomach's hydrochloric acid does break down food, but this doesn't "negate" the nutritional benefits of alkaline-rich foods. Spinach and other foods can still provide essential nutrients, antioxidants, and fiber that support overall health, including during cancer treatment. It's always best to consult your healthcare provider or a nutritionist for personalized advice.

Practitioner told me to eat alkaline rich foods . But then , my oncologist told me that even if I eat foods that have a high alkaline content , that the HCL. in my digestive tract will negate the alkaline properties in those alkaline "rich" foods and as a result the cancer will not be affected by eating alkaline rich foods .
