If a 17 yr old girl can get charged for involuntary manslaughter for encouraging her boyfriend to commit suicide I hope based on all the info gathered on John Paul’s abusive behavior the DA can pursue a case against him based off that bc John Paul needs to be held accountable.

Sadly this is how narcissists work. I'm glad he's been backed into a corner and is showing his true colors. Most of them get away with the crap they do and literally destroy the lives of their victims. I'm dealing with a narcissist myself who's ruined my reputation, got my father put in jail for something he hasn't done and is keeping my children from me. Now I will say a lot of my reputation I kind of did to myself because I acted out exactly how she wanted me to and I made a fool of myself. So I take blame for my actions in that respect.

I would not sit in a church where the pastor told details of his marriage that were disrespectful to his wife from the pulpit. What on earth was wrong with his church membership to allow this disgusting behavior from the pulpit? Didn’t the church members realize that he was ostracizing her from the church and her brothers and sisters in Christ. As Christians we all have a responsibility to keep God’s house holy. Can you see this guy talking from the pulpit about his wife like this and then counseling young people about marriage? I sure can’t.

When the hospital is private, i think they often will keep the person longer than they have too sometimes! I think they ought to evaluate BOTH parties tho! It’s ridiculous that a spouse can do this to their spouse without the evaluation going both ways tho!

This story was so heartbreaking.. I helped my sister leave her abusive husband just a few years ago & I remember her husband calling me & threatening me & my sister. He blamed me for the reason she left & we had to get restraining orders after he showed up to our house in the middle of the night threatening to unalive us both (thankfully she’s safe now) but me & my sister were speaking about mica the other day & saying how similar my sisters story was to mica.. I pray mica gets justice.. there’s 100% foul play here & I pray her evil husband doesn’t get away with this. My heartbreaks for how many women who are still suffering in a DV relationship..

I was married,4 kids, he cheated w our sitter, cheated w others… then he blamed me for everything w/o admitting to his “adventures”. I broke, he took me to Dr and told them I had a breakdown. 11 meds later, I was an absolute zombie. After 10 years of counseling, I finally got the courage to leave. He manipulated that too. Left the marriage w/ 50% custody, no child support, no assets, no spousal support- only the debts were assigned to me. Bankrupt, heartbroken for my kids who I was 1,000% involved (he never came to anything regarding the kids!) and still struggling 9 years later. God is the ONLY one that has gotten me thru this horrific mess! The kiddos are older now and 2 don’t talk to him at all. The younger 2 are still 17 & 18 and under his thumb…they will come around. Only God❤🙏🏼✝️

This case just keeps getting worse and worse. I watched a video earlier today that talked about his lawyer specializing in AI and doubts about his alibi and where he was when this happened. I sure hope they get him for everything. It's sounds like her family is doing all they can, thank goodness, because law enforcement clearly is not. It sounds like this is a man that has literally gotten away with every bad thing he's ever done, why wouldn't he think he could get away with murder too? Never cried any other time but full on water works, throwing himself on the ground, and pulling his hair out after he got caught cheating. It was an out of body experience to watch such a thing.

He had her family sign an agreement to allow it or he would’ve not allowed them to view the body prior to cremation. 😱He should have never had her body period. It feels like he was hiding something. Sadly, Micah is one of thousands of similar stories. A woman is murdered at the hands of her abuser every day and women are abused every minute of every day by their abuser. The law-enforcement doesn’t take it seriously the courts don’t take it seriously I believe he was also involved allegedly anyway in Human trafficking, which seems to be a protected crime in the United States because it’s epidemic. It seems authorities are also involved and protecting others involved. It wouldn’t be so epidemic. He had friends in law enforcement. He had friends that were attorneys. He had friends that were counselors he had all these people helping him live life as an abuser. And nobody took it seriously, she cried out her family cried out for help and like so many women, including like myself who cried out for help people don’t take it seriously. Nobody takes it seriously until someone dies. Even the church enabled him to abuse and kill her. If he is involved in human trafficking, it wouldn’t surprise me if he had her murdered. and he knew exactly what he was doing And he went in and got rid of evidence got rid of her body. Even the coroner helped him out by giving him the body. The cops helped him out by letting him go into her apartment and get whatever he wanted out of there all this, even though they were getting a divorce and he really had no right to her stuff or her apartment and he had no right to her body. we have a very corrupt society.

As someone who has been in an abusive relationship, this makes me sooo sick in the pit of my stomach. This guy is such a narcissistic gaslighter with major illusions of grandeur. Supposedly her body had marks that matched “self defense wounds.” That’s what I read her father said. Also, girls who dated JP have been talking. He is a REAL piece of work! Very interesting to me that she was diagnosed with bipolar the same year as he became her “head” (in terms of the MRA understanding of marriage, husbands own their wives and rule over them, and wives are to submit)… it’s almost like once that became official, he laid claim to her and she saw his true colors - and reacted to that in a big way.
It’s also interesting that victims of ongoing trauma are frequently diagnosed with bipolar because if the abuse is not disclosed and just the emotional and mental struggles related to that abuse are discussed, it looks like emotional instability rather than a reasonable reaction to extreme external stressors…. And in cases of manipulative DV, especially against religious women where the Bible is quoted to “prove” they MUST ENDURE the abuse, a woman isn’t going to tell a psychiatrist about the abuse, because a part of her feels like God will he mad at her for not trusting the man He gave to her. Often abused women, even outside of a religious context, feel it is their cross to bear, and when they can’t bear it their abusers convince them they are crazy and need help…
So I’m not buying she really had bipolar. I think a good portion of “bipolar” diagnoses are related to undiagnosed trauma. And every trauma counselor that I have spoken with agrees it’s a diagnosis that IS real for some people but is often a diagnosis for masked trauma.
I work at a health centre & we see too many housewives who get diagnosed with bipolar but actually their husband's are POS who are constantly cheating on them & gaslighting them about it,.
