- My 22mm gun developed a fault. Tony has been very keen to work with me in order to rectify any problems. In fact he even went an bought an HC with the shorter barrel to test his tune on in order to allow for the shorter barrel. Exemplary service.

Neil, I'm struggling to get decent power from my short stroke 177" tx200 . I got a new titan spring for a mk 3 but it would not fit??? Any help would be great. Its snappy as standard, but with short stroke its only 8.5fp? So not good for hunting !! Any help be great or ideas? Thx
I've had the same problem with my TX200 HC. The short stroke kit worked well in the beginning giving me 11.3 foot pounds and then after a few months the power has dropped. I've changed all the seals and the spring but can only get 9.9 foot pounds with a lot of preload and it's quite tough to cock!
what ft lbs is this shooting ? would you use it for hunting rabbits ?
i made a pcp today from a blow gun attachment for a compressor and a bit of hose and a 1.5 litr coke bottle and 20'' of alloy pipe , at 90psi it fires 20mm bit of 6'' nail with a pvc cone making drag (they hit point first ) anyway it cost £8 in total and puts out 1ftlb short of my sodding hw97k ! from 90psi !? i thought even spring guns run 2000+psi...
what actual psi is likly to be in the port as it begins to move the pellet...and do they have a slight choke to the final inches of the barrel ? 👍

Not a hint of movement in the scope caps which is the normal give away for recoil...or lack of :)

I have the long barrel tx200 in .177. So far I have only shot paper targets and a few plinking targets, at my local range. As good, if not better, as my HW97KT in .22. It definitely has a lot less recoil to manage. They can both give PCP shooters, good run for the money. 😁
AAAAHGGRRCH no close up money shot of the piston!! AAAARCHH! Big fan of Tony here. Both my .177 and my .22 are each Tony Leached. So happy!
Great video and very helpful. As an aside I notice that you sometimes use a bag to support the fore end of the gun which is something I was always advised against. How do you find the accuracy using this technique.

Tony now has a new kit available I believe that allows you to return the gun back to standard should you want to. You need to contact him direct to find latest prices.

Just waiting on my arrival of tony's new skirtless kit 👍 it's sure looks the buisness. Can't wait to fit it and see how it shoots, had the tbt short stroke kit fitted which was good but always wanted a tony leach conversion since I watched this video.
