It’s just a plastic insert which is easily unscrewed with anything that fits the slot. You must be one of those people that calls a handyman to change a broken light bulb.
Nice sales pitch but it takes away the good looks of the gun, extends the length which of course defeats the object of buying a carbine & doesn't quieten much at all. I wouldn't bother with it.
It’s personal preference really. Though I kind of wished I’d have bought the hw97k, mostly because of the lack of anti-bear trap button and the better(imho) cocking arm release.
I have/had the HW97K with a full Steve Pope V-Glide Tune, an AA ProSport and an AA TX200HC. The AA rifles have synthetic bearing internals equivalent to an expensively tuned/V-Glided HW97K built in as standard, have a better more efficient internal geometry (i.e. the port is central to the chamber rather than offset as in the HW97K) and are also easier and quicker to stripdown than the HW97K. My HW97K by the time I had all of the tuning done turned out to be the most expensive spring air rifle I have ever owned. The AA ProSport with nothing more than a clean, regrease and minor debur/polish was just as accurate as the tuned HW97K basically out of the box but the cocking lever is less comfortable to use and the loading port is smaller/more fiddly than the HW97K. My home tuned TX200HC .22 with silencer is the most accurate spring rifle I have ever shot and quieter than the HW97K with built in basic silencer. The AA ProSport with its shrouded barrel and a custom Delrin slip over silencer is the quietest spring air rifle I have ever used. The HW97K has the biggest, and ambidextrous, loading port so probably the easiest of the three to load. If I could only keep one spring rifle it would be my TX200HC and I would probably even keep this over my HW100 PCP as well as it is the most satisfying rifle to shoot well. nbroadsman.me.uk/index.php/air-rifles/which-air-rifle-my-choices
Hi, I'm subscriber and I recently purchased TX200 HC in .22 with Air Arms mod and V-Mach stage 2 kit fitted and I've now just the same model TX200 HC but in .177 calibre with the Matt W mod . I've bought this rifle as a project ( it's in very good order) but I'd like to tune it , do you have preference as to which is the best drop in tuning kit ( for hunting) . Regards Alan
I can vouch for the fact that there is actually a useful difference in real life when heard from a distance but the automatic gain on many microphones may make this less obvious especially when recording close to the action.

Hi.
How to remove the moderator inserted into the Air Arms TX200 rifle? Version Hunter Carbine.
It’s just a plastic insert which is easily unscrewed with anything that fits the slot. You must be one of those people that calls a handyman to change a broken light bulb.
Great video m8 I hate springers got couple of PCP love my air arms s410 tdr iv put lane reg in it what a gun
No contact at the information given for the moderator, ?
Nice sales pitch but it takes away the good looks of the gun, extends the length which of course defeats the object of buying a carbine & doesn't quieten much at all. I wouldn't bother with it.
Great video but surely a heaver metal silencer would create a more accurate rifle by reduced mussle flip
Do you think the TX200 is better then the HW97k.
I would like to see this question answered

wouldn't mind one of those stocks on my 97k
how about one for the hw97k ?
I have made ones for the HW97K, but you need a 1/2" UNF Endcap adaptor.
16 joules
Try doing it free hand standing up..👍 nice gun
