How to make Mini lemon bundt cakes

- New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates on how to make his delicious Mini Lemon Bundt cakes. This recipe makes 6 individual mini lemon Bundt cakes. These cakes are nice and moist with a tender crumb. It's made with 100% Lemon and had over 4 types of Lemon flavor in it! We add Lemon extract, Lemon zest, lemon juice and lemon pudding into the cake in small quantities. Along with flour butter eggs sugar and flour. Once the batter is prepared, we add it into a 6-mold mini-Bundt cake pan and bake it. Once baked we top it with a lemon icing! Hope you all will give this recipe a try!

Only thing is, a very tiny tip of my spatula broke off somewhere in the batter. I hope no one notices. Don't know which cake has it in it. Is this more like the texture of a creme cake or dense like a pound cake? Genius idea to put the glaze in a squeeze bottle, I'm stealing that! Also where did you get your pan, I have a wilton mini bundt but it doesn't have the two designs like yours :(
If you use all purpose flour it's more like a cream cake and is extremely moist. If you use the cake flour it's more like a tender crumb and it's dense like a pound cake. To be honest i saw this pan at walmart. As soon as i saw it I said I gotta get this. Hope that the information i gave you helps. Thanks for commenting.

Hi Charlie. Please, can you tell me if there is a difference in the recipe when making bundt size cakes vs a full cake? If I use one of your regular cake recipes for bundt cakes will it affect the bundt cakes?
Hello Neecee! Actually this recipe can be used to make Lemon Cupcakes. I don't think a my regular cake recipe will have much effect at all. The only problem is that you will have a lot of batter so that means you will have a lot of miniature bundt cakes to make.

Yes it would be just about the same BUT if you have dark coated pans Bake at 325 degrees.
