11:33 - Why decreased exercise intolerance? Wouldn't the ASD lead to right-to-left shunt and some of the deoxygenated blood of the RA would mix with the oxygenated blood of the LA?
12:00 - also, shouldn't it be left parasternal heave (because left-to-right shunt => RVH)?
