In terms of quality of educational content and facilitation of the learning process professor zack is UNMATCHED on youtube. would love to see you at aapa
If only there were more teachers like you all over the world ,studying medicine would have been so easy and interesting…
Lots of love and respect! 😊
What I just friggin enjoy is that you explain the pathophys in detail. You don't just present: yeah, we have splinter hemorrhage, Janeway lesions and Osler nodules. You tell me why - my brain and I love that so much. Thank you!!
Your lectures are really helping especially because i grew up unable to study using videos but with you, I’ve developed a new strategy of studying using your lectures and what you guys teach is all I need for my exams
THIS MAN NEEDS TO HAVE A STATUE OF HIM AT EVERY COLLEGE
There are so many good things about these videos. The content is super helpful and well organized and I have learned so much, but I have to admit that my favorite part is the random 'turns of phrase' that Zack will say. Absolute nuggets of gold hidden throughout the videos - 'You have 32 teeth, but 30 of them are in your pocket'.
This has got to be the most detailed video on infective Endocarditis I’ve come across. Thanks a lot!
I thank God you are here to help me when I really need it the most. You are great Zack🙏
you explain it so well! Even though the video is long, I understand all the whys. Time is well spent watching your lecture than me staring at my book for 2 hrs. Thank you very much.
The best teachers are the ones who convert their students into sponges that absorb all the teacher’s pearls of wisdom! Thank You all responsible for this site!
Man hats off you are really great to provide such content for free. Thank you so much prof Zach
My man posting a video on a topic, right when I need to learn it. You´re the best bro

Maan, you keep saving us every time, much love for you guys ❤
My cousin has large vegetation in mv. I'm surfing for the information and I found you. My cousin has exactly the same symptoms as you said now I understand it from you. But in the real situation it's not easy to evaluate the problem because the symptoms are generally occurred in many organs of body. We/doctors spent 3-4 months to find out, echo 4 times in 3 hospitals, MRI 2 times (brain and heart) and finally TEE and one of the doctor team asked about the dental decay and bingo all symptoms can relate with it. Thanks for the great knowledge it surly inspire many people around the world to be a great doctor because of your channel.

I think that I will begin with the Nobel Prizes. You are so crazy for your topics and lots of fun. Thankyou.
Sooo I'm a dentist and not all dental procedures will require antibiotic prophylaxis in high-risk patients. Most, but not all. Like totally edentulous patients getting dentures are typically fine without it. And generally, if you aren't sure, we think it's better to err on the side of doing it rather than not doing it and running the risk of an infection. Even then, there's been some debate in our field on if we are even preventing anything (for example, flossing your own teeth may push bacteria into the sulci of the teeth, which ultimately drain into the inferior vena cava.) We do it anyways because the benefit outweighs any risk the antibiotics could cause. Just sharing some fun facts. Presentation is absolutely amazing. You should seriously consider teaching. Your RUclips resume speaks for itself!
Thank youu for saving me during medschool ,

Thanks for this I've been diagnosed with this after 2 open heart surgeries ac 14 days on ECMO here at Duke. Been here 32 days so far. Only 36!
I understand my issue so much better now. My mitral valve has been replaced so there's an even greater chance of going through this AGAIN. That really stinks lol.
thank you super helpful
Thank you this is soooo helpful ❤️❤️
Thankyou soo much zach ! 💜😍🥰
Thank you for your passion and hardwork.Thank you from a doctor Romanian
Thank you for your comprehensive lecture. Just to add a point that for typical organisms blood cultures ideally should be 3 , from separate venipunctures and spaced over 30 to 60 minutes and if 2 out of 3 is positive it is considered a major criteria. However for atypical organisms we should look for persistently positive blood cultures which means either 2 positive blood cultures drawn at least 12 hours apart or 3 positive blood culture in which the first and last samples were collected at least one hour apart.
Thanks again for your great video.
Thanks a lot and please keep on doing more videos❤
Thx… woww what a great explanation!
