Adam... A BIG Thank you for uploading this video! I bought an hand me down import from Australia. Pretty much Identical ... well a 2008, JK Diesel. I really should have known better than to blow out the MAF with compressed air. I'm really playing catch up to an era. I used to repair all types of electro mechanical computer orientated office equipment etc... So now that my engine light is on and I'm searching for the fix. I think I found it. Thanks again from an older dude in Auckland NZ
@@VideoShowMeHow Nice! haha. Yes all sorted. Nothing wrong with the MAF. I took the JK to a specialist and connected his laptop and nothing wrong so he did the old trick of pushing the brake 3 times in start mode. Goneski! So I see you're now sporting a DMax? Isuzu? That would be my choice from here on. Thanks for all of your vids.
Good tips mate , i ll try this, my fuel consumption right now is always on 14/100 ,pretty high and i don't know why, i have a wrangler 2008 auto, 151k kms, how much is ur fuel consumption? Thank you 👍
Similar to this Jeep! 08, crd, 170k. Could try this as well as a MAP clean - have the vid on that up in a few days :) Mine averages around 12-13 with all the kit on it
I know this video is old but I just got a Jeep wrangler and my check engine light came on and I feel like it has to do with my air . Could this be the reason why my engine light went on?

Possibly, I'd recommend using an OBD reader to check, there's a video on the channel showing this in action
Knock off chris fix not really but still pretty good
Just doing my own thing mate, trying to help others as I learn stuff myself :)
