Watch out. I squirted the whipping cream on the chocolate powder, but the whipping cream slides to the side. If the Ladyfingers weren't there, it would have slided of the cake. I suggest 1. Squirt against the Ladyfingers or 2. At the place you want to squirt a dollop, press you finger in the cake so that's the place the cream has grip.
I kinda think it's super adorable that Kevin's in this episode. He keeps forgetting to look at the camera, and ends up staring at Gemma instead (which is really cute). :) This looks amazing btw, and I plan on making it for sure!

it is but different flavour. Kind of the same reason for using white & brown sugar.
+Sua Kim Marscapone is what's traditionally used in tiramisu; it's far lighter and has a totally different flavor from cream cheese.
