Yes, difference between A and B is primarily size/weight restrictions.

theres a pump truck at my work it's a ford f350 gasoline stake bed, the tank is bolted to the bed and is 500 gallons (300gal poop) (200gal water) do I need an endorsement? I only have a class c license

I would say yes even though it's not a 26,001lbs vehicle its liquid capacity is over the required 119 gallon to have the endorsement
