  • A bit of a shorter one than usual folks! yay! This week I got stuck into an embroidery I'm doing for my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary on 15th Feb. I also attempted the same lash lift and tint that I did last time, but this time burnt my eyelid!!

    It's neat seeing the houses go up. I like the two red ones. I turned 50 last week. Turns out it's just another day. lol Oh, wow, you're embroidery is so pretty!!! Those reading glasses look really good on you. Your poor eyelids. I've had blisters on my eyelids before and it was not fun. "Farty Dipsy" 🤣 Whole meal wraps?? Couscous??? 😭

    Unless you aren't eating hardly any chicken too. You might be lacking in iron. Lack of iron will make you feel very fatigue for example. Best to see you doctor and get tested. The protein that I use is Home Bargains own brand. I get the chocolate flavour and it's yummy. I tend to use 2 scoops of protein powder in my porridge. Giving me around roughly 42g protein. It tastes like a dessert.
    Definitely keep track of everything that you eat. That include little things like biscuits. Also, a good way is to buy some small scales. And weigh your food out. All the best of luck on your fitness journey.
