Unless you aren't eating hardly any chicken too. You might be lacking in iron. Lack of iron will make you feel very fatigue for example. Best to see you doctor and get tested. The protein that I use is Home Bargains own brand. I get the chocolate flavour and it's yummy. I tend to use 2 scoops of protein powder in my porridge. Giving me around roughly 42g protein. It tastes like a dessert. Definitely keep track of everything that you eat. That include little things like biscuits. Also, a good way is to buy some small scales. And weigh your food out. YES!!! on the IQ thing... Because I'm a hairdresser, clients automatically think I'm thick and don't know anything about the world, especially older clients. I just have to smile and nod. The 16th of December…. When I was in Gran Canaria I ordered something from Amazon for my home address and my sister in law was shocked that it was going to be delivered the next day as in Gran Canaria she said it takes at least a month for anything to be delivered. The car park at Brightons main hospital is busy like that too 😬 aww I love the mice Christmas decorations 👌Lisa, you are doing an incredible job with your mum and dad, I hope they know what sacrifices you’ve made (with your time and stress levels) my father in law was same as your dad, he used to discharge himself or just plain refuse treatment. My sympathies. You really have your hands double-full. Being a caregiver and trying to coordinate care for your loved ones can be a horrible nightmare and exhausting. As a nurse I would just say that all you can do is what you CAN do. Get all the help that is available and never be hesitant to ask for more help when you need it.

You let her get in your head (which I would so as well) but she needs ignoring. Doctors are stressful, when I was in hospital they didn’t seem to tell me much. I hate when vehicles pull out in front of you making you slam all brakes on when they could just come out behind. Drives me mad!!! I never even knew there was a menopause test to take at home! Good to know for the future lol This Jenny sounds like she has a screw loose! Who on earth would be ringing someone’s daughter to say their mum was on end of life care???? The chair for your mum looks snazzy! Hopefully she does well getting used to it, glad to hear there was some progress. How sudden to just discharge your mum from hospital. What a faff and sounds like they just wanted the bed space back. I hope your parents get on okay with her back at home. I really can’t believe how difficult it seems to be for you to get anything done or sorted with your mums carers. It just sounds like you spend half your lives trying to speak to someone about something, madness! The amount of stress you get from your parents is too much. You really do sometimes need to try and take a step back and look after yourself. I need to get organised with Christmas! Hi Lisa, regarding your mother, I know someone who had ECT (Electro Convulsive Therapy) and although it did work well, they have since told me it was an awful experience and they would never want to go through it again. I’ve been feeling very christmasy too but it’s now getting towards the end on November whereas your video is dated mid October 😁 my goodness these people that deal with your mothers chair are infuriating 🤬I’d rather they just told you the truth that they haven’t done anything, rather than lie through their teeth. Good on Darren for dealing with the stupidity of the physiotherapist assessment team… Men sit on the loo for ages because it’s the quietist place in the house where you can be undisturbed 🤣 Darren looked like he enjoyed Red One 😆 we don’t have a Home Bagging’s near us either but we have a Home Sense not far (about five minutes away) and they sell lovely Christmas ornaments 👌I would probably enjoy Red One as I love a Christmas film too. The amount of revision and exams that Isaac has is unreal. I agree with you that kids shouldn’t be spending all their time doing that, they have their whole lives to do nothing but work lol Hair looks lovely as always ❤ I don’t know how you managed to not say anything to the carers making all those comments, I don’t think I would have managed! How annoying for an engineer to turn up without giving notice and just expecting you to be in. Hi Lisa, I shared a bedroom with my brother growing up in the 70s and I revisited the house couple years ago and the rooms were so small, I don’t know how everything fitted inside. your mother definitely needs to be put in full-time care as it’s too much for you and your father to have to cope with. I don’t like any coffee, it’s tea all the way for me. Dave is a coffee drinker and sometimes has the good ones for a change. It’s such an awful situation with your parents. Awful for them knowing how hard it is and that your dad cant cope but not wanting to admit she needs to be residential care. Awful for you having to sit and see this all happening and not having them listen or want to help themselves. Sounds like you planned a big project for yourself at your parents house!! I really like that Falling In Reverse album and that papa roach cover is fantastic!! There is a video on RUclips where he plays the track for the lead singer of papa roach for the first time which is cool. He’s very talented that’s for sure. Isaac is not too old for Halloween boxes! Hi Lisa, your mother’s careers need to coordinate their schedules and do the job properly, otherwise it’s more stress for you and by the way, you are doing an incredible job for your mother, especially given your fibromyalgia issues 🙌 and bless you for not telling your dad while he’s in Spain, it would worry him needlessly. Hi Lisa, naughty Darren for doing half a job in the kitchen.
