Pike fishing with homemade lures, Epic session

Getting round to testing my new shads, the weather may have been horrible but the shads after a bit of rig adjustments were fantastic, nice action from them and resulted in 7 Pike caught!

Brilliant effort catching on lures you've made yourself. It's an amazing feeling catching fish on flies I've made myself I can imagine lures would be just as good.

What gram weight rod were you using for the 47g lures , 12 -35 probably a bit light ? I’ll be trying em out soon 👍🏻

That was a 35g rod I was using and it was a pretty good feel to be honest, 30lb braid
