Very nice videos, very informative, I really appreciate all your efforts in making these videos. Would it be possible to have a similar vlog with the area across Mic Mac Park? I've seen some very nice and cozy little bungalows on Wells St., Barrymore Lane, Girardot St. I know it's very close to Sandwich Town, which isn't a really good area, but apparently this zone across Mic Mac Park is much safer. I would like to know the amenities and the price range. Thanks.
Good idea! South of prince road is a nice area. Old nice homes, most have only had 1 owner and are in need up updating (1960s interiors). Safe and quiet area
What price range are we talking. Entery Level pricing is still around 300-350K mark... Unless your looking for something small that needs complete renovation
