My top five in no ranking order: Cradle Of Filth - From the Cradle Of Enslave Dimmu Borgir - Progenies of the Great Apocalypse Type O Negative - I Don't Wanna Be Me Ozzy Osbourne - Bark at the Moon Candlemass - Bewitched
I don't really rank metal videos, but I guess the ones I tend to enjoy a lot would be (in no particular order): "Staring Through the Eyes of the Dead" - Cannibal Corpse "Hello from the Gutter"/"Horrorscope" - Overkill "Dragula" - Rob Zombie "Paranoid" - Black Sabbath (the one with the whole band performing with a mannequin head behind them) "Bark at the Moon" - Ozzy Osbourne "Redneck" - Lamb of God "Holy Wars... The Punishment Due" - Megadeth "Lake of Tears" - Pestilence "Everytime I Die" - Children of Bodom "Lack of Comprehension" - Death "Black No. 1" - Type O Negative "Hey Stoopid"/"Poison" - Alice Cooper "Crush My Soul" - Godflesh "Existence is Punishment"/"Walk with Knowledge Wisely" - Crowbar
My favorite may just be Candlemass - Bewitched. The video gets me laughing and snorting everytime. I also really like Cannibal Corpse - Devoured by Vermin as well as Stripped, Raped, and Strangled.
It's cause it was only the "Big Label" bands playing their videos on "Music TV" ... Only channel and company I see having their "Live Stream" is Nuclear Blast Records, they have a Music Video Livestream
My favourite video is probably Alcest - Autre Temps. Malsain - Kvele Seg is my favourite black metal video. The last good metal video I've seen is In This Moment - Sanctify Me. The first is probably Megadeth - In My Darkest Hour. After decades of being a metalhead, my list of favourite videos would be long.
Some of my favorites are: Cannibal corpse - Murderous Rampage Alice Cooper - Hey Stoopid Cattle decapitation - Forced Gender Reassignment Gwar - Let us slay Slayer - Seasons in the abyss
Immortal's Call of the Wintermoon is a spectacular video, its low budget and clunkiness works PERFECTLY. All Shall Fall is great too, but a different great. Cradle of Filth's new Malignant Perfection has a really cool clip, a beautiful tribute to horror films. And a good song to go with it. Beast in Black have some great vids, especially Hardcore (for reasons), One Night in Tokyo and Moonlight Rendezvous. Solstafir's Fjara and Lágnætti videos are gorgeous.
For me Personally... Immortal Disfigurement - Force-Fed Immortal Disfigurement - There is no Light Slaughter to Prevail-Viking Impending Doom -Eternal Trigger the Bloodshed-The Soulful Dead 🔥🔥🔥🤘🤘🤘💀☠️🪓🔪☠️💀🤘
Now dont get me wrong all shall fall is a good video but call of the winter moon blows it out of the water. That video has me in tears every time because its so funny and then the best part is when they just cut the song off half way through it and are like yup that's all get 😂
Very good list to be honest, but it all depends on taste. I still get excited to see new videos on youtube, but you are right it is not the same experiencd.
I would have included Rammstein and their video for Deutschland. That was C I N E M A T I C🖤 But my first Manson video was Dope Hat, when i was 7. It blew my mind🤯 and the beast within awakened😂
3:01 Hypocrite XD Great vid though. I personally always like the final episode music video with all the multiple camera angles and time going back and forth
@@spet59uh no, a lot of people don’t count industrial metal as real metal and rightfully so. Nothing metal about Marilyn Manson and I honestly think the majority of people who listen to metal would agree
My top five in no ranking order:

Dimmu Borgir - Progenies of the Great Apocalypse
Type O Negative - I Don't Wanna Be Me
Ozzy Osbourne - Bark at the Moon
Candlemass - Bewitched
I always loved the music video for "Mother North" from Satyricon. The uncensored version, just because...
I don't really rank metal videos, but I guess the ones I tend to enjoy a lot would be (in no particular order):
"Staring Through the Eyes of the Dead" - Cannibal Corpse
"Hello from the Gutter"/"Horrorscope" - Overkill
"Dragula" - Rob Zombie
"Paranoid" - Black Sabbath (the one with the whole band performing with a mannequin head behind them)
"Bark at the Moon" - Ozzy Osbourne
"Redneck" - Lamb of God
"Holy Wars... The Punishment Due" - Megadeth
"Lake of Tears" - Pestilence

"Hey Stoopid"/"Poison" - Alice Cooper
"Crush My Soul" - Godflesh
"Existence is Punishment"/"Walk with Knowledge Wisely" - Crowbar
The video for “Dragula” by Rob Zombie always comes readily to mind when I think of metal music videos that are both fun and cool looking.
good one indeed
My favorite may just be Candlemass - Bewitched. The video gets me laughing and snorting everytime. I also really like Cannibal Corpse - Devoured by Vermin as well as Stripped, Raped, and Strangled.
The video for Sweating Bullets by Megadeth sticks in my mind as creative, amusingly creepy, and just funny.
I grew up in the 80s watching the headbangers ball kept me from causing trouble on Saturday night
Much music was way better than MTV. They had a show called Loud. I discovered a lot of metal bands on that show.
Loud was awesome. I would tspe it so I could watch metal videos whenever.
@@TheUltrabeast55 me too 🤘
Me too.
My faves have got to be;
Candlemass - Bewitched
Venom - Live at Hammersmith '84
Immortal - Blashyrkh
Anything King Diamond!
It's cause it was only the "Big Label" bands playing their videos on "Music TV" ...

Tool has some amazing and very unique music videos, aswell as in general i love dream like feeling many early 2000 metal songs has with there videos

We recently released a music video for our song "Re-Agent." It's got blood, stop animation, mad science, and occult rituals!
Pretty good list I'd say. I'd also throw in Bible Black from Heaven and Hell and Here Comes Revenge from Metallica
Breathe Grease by Municipal Waste
Very good list to be honest, but it all depends on taste.
I still get excited to see new videos on youtube, but you are right it is not the same experiencd.

Do the evolution by pearl jam will always be one of my favorites

I am American and I watched more Much then MTV. Power of Power and Loud was the shit. Why? MTV canceled Headbanger’s Ball.
We can still watch music videos on RUclips though.
It's not the same, and you know it. Just stop.
Sorry to break it you, but Manson is not Metal. Still a well presented video.
He's industrial. That's metal bruh. Everyone acknowledges him as metal.
Sorry to break it to you, buddy, industrial is absolutely metal. Try again. Somebody has no clue on industrial metal and it SHOWS 😂😂.
