My other child, also a son, has just as much love and care for others, but at 20 I haven’t seen that grow yet ❤️❤️❤️ Good men are still made, and so are good women. Be wary who you allow in your presence. Even if it’s only for a few hours. Not everyone has your best interests at heart. Who knows why these cretins killed this man. It wasn’t for money since Ben still had money in his wallet. However, they seemed to want his snow board. It’s disgusting that this man lost his life by trusting four yahoos to party with. I pray for his Mom and Dad. RIParadise, Ben. Your justice has just begun.

@@bonnylouwho76 Nothing I said in my comment is victim blaming. In a day and age where violence is so prevalent, I am simply warning people to watch who they allow to enter their space. I’m gonna assume that Ben met these men either on the slopes or at a party. When these monsters got him alone, they did the unspeakable. Ben was trustworthy and unsuspected. He thought these men were fine to be in his presence. Well, they weren’t, and now he’s gone. I’d like to when warning people on who one can trust became victim blaming? You’re delusional and putting a spin on what I commented. That makes you no better than the guys who murdered this man. Don’t be part of the problem, be a solution.

There has to be people out there that know who is truly responsible for Ben's murder & it is time they went to police with what they know! If after watching video, if it doesn't play on your conscience ...nothing will. This case IS solvable, help Ben & his parents receive justice. Just from watching his parents, you can tell Ben was a good kind hearted guy, he deserves justice.

Its very strange that someone would sit in custody for so long, then just days before the trial, tell his defense attorney that he was in jail in California at the time of Brad's disappearance. 🤔
You would think that would be the FIRST thing he would tell authorities and his attorney. Why sit in jail that long (even one day) when you believe you have a solid alibi that would make it impossible for you to be involved in a murder.

Don't buy that. While most deserve to be in jail, the police have covered up other cop killers (the cop being the murderer) and nailed innocent people on purpose. See Grisham's "An innocent man."

I.e. maybe they used it to harm him and their DNA was on it so they needed to get rid of it. I'm sure there was another reason besides the snowboard. Maybe the snowboard was collateral damage.

All of those 4 look freaky. And why should Ben have partied with that one of them if he had his friends with him? I don‘t get why the money was still there. The murderer was hardly disturbed in that remote area. Could it be that this was not even the place where it happened? Ben looked very handsome, maybe one of the guys was interested in him and Ben rejected him. The board may have been a trophy then. Because how would you try to sell a custom board that is related to a murdered person and displayrd as piece of evidence everywhere? I‘m sorry for Ben, his family and friends.

I wonder if this was DA's son or a relative. He will do everything to get justice and might put an innocent man behind bars just to get justice. DA should know that Ben is/was someone's son and loved by many. I think whoever killed Ben somehow felt some kind of a guilt, thats why He/they moved Ben's body to be found.I can feel the anger and the pain felt by his parent's, when the DA not only cancelled the court date and drop all charges and let the suspects go free!!!!?? and all this because of Ben's snowboard.
The father have only one option, if he thinks he is not getting justice....playing the character of Bruce Willisi the movie "Death Wish"

Law enforcement put out warnings, Do Not Hitch Hike! You get into a vehicle thats prepared to kill you. You hav no chance of leaving that vehicle alive.
