Really cool to see multiple small local businesses make this project come together
Very interesting video, Doug. Dropping trees is an art.
The mix of activities/jobs in this video made it interesting to watch. My thought was the shed will provide great screening/blind when friends have to tinkle.
Exactly!! Lol
That trailer is quite a piece of equipment!! Adam looked 6’-5” tall.
The right tools.
That shed moving rig/unit is pretty slick makes short work of that job moving sheds 😊😊
That’s some cool equipment. I’ve moved sheds for people before but they definitely do it better.
Wait till you see the video where his new one was delivered. That guy was amazing!
Very cool content Doug…good to see unique and interesting videos.
Glad you enjoyed it
I love his business name! I love it lol.
Great content! Thanks for sharing
Great job, Doug. I love the idea of leaving the stump to use as a table.
Same, that would be cool
That tree looks like the slingshot from the Angry Birds Game. If you cut the top trunks off.
Good job
Thanks
Great video Doug and Thanks for sharing 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Nice work guys! Sounded like a gunshot when it hit the ground 😳
Wind whip then , BANG. Yep it sounded very cool.
Nice job by all involved. Good to see the Humboldt cut on the first stem. Helped to keep the tree from hitting the ground so hard. Glad that the 6'5" guy is getting some of the wood.
Thanks for bringing us along and showing the local pros to us. Should help them out
Quality job the whole way through. Good to see HaFast make it look easy like you do. The rest of us would still be digging. That black walnut makes great live edge furniture!
My tree guy will throw if there's a clear shot, but usually they use a pneumatic launcher. I've only seen him miss the first shot a couple times.
Good Morning Doug, I bet I know a place you could get some rough cut Lumber to refurbish the Old Shed into a Deer Blind. 😂 Having Skilled Individuals with the correct equipment makes short work of completing the job at hand. Everybody you used were Top Shelf and showed that they cared about the Job and the Customer’s Satisfaction. Your Son is going to have that Stump to Harvest Smiles and Reflect on the Memory of the New Shed’s Preparation. 😀👍👍👍
As ive said before Doug, awesome dad ! Your son will cherish your help, wisdom and knowledge. Great video cant wait to see the new shed and your restoration of the old one !
Thanks 👍
Doug’s version of Small Business Saturday. 👍
Absolutely
Nice work Doug. Good to see you using local guys that have found a niche that’s in demand.
Liked Adam coming over to get the excellent black walnut. Very expensive hardwood. Didn’t see him working too hard though.
Your friend, is really good with his mini..
❤❤🎉
Eric is a fine operator.
That was a great video Doug. Very interesting! Hope you had a wonderful thanksgiving. You have a lot to be thankful for. Please stay safe, healthy and warm. Bill H from Cranberry Township
Good video. It was especially cool watching the time lapse with all of the piles of tree slash "melting" down over and over in the fire. I also see that you too have replaced the anemic felling spike that Stihl gives you on their 462s!!! I did the same with mine. The 500 though, comes with at least a pair, and they're good enough that you don't have to replace them like I had to on the 462.
Some neat projects in this vid….nice work by all involved. 👍
Glad you enjoyed it
Great video, Neighbor Doug. I wonder if Eric does vinyl lettering on the side - I remember getting my boat registration letters from a guy that did letters with the same business name. :) He was highly recommended by Navigation Co.
That’s him!!
Great work on vinyl decals also.
🤟🤟🤟🤟
With that stump cut low to the ground you could put it on Adam's sawmill and have some beautiful crotches to make some small tables.
At some point we will be doing that.
That tree stump I was leaving the ground for a perfect table top
I meant to say that would make a perfect table top
I would leave that tree stump in the ground that's what I really meant to say the first time.
Not sure you seen it in the video, but that is the plan. Leave it for a place to sit stuff.
Sometimes you just have to use a pro
On your one eye customs chainsaw bar is that painted or is that a decal? Does it hold up well?
I did a video a while back on it, I powder coated the bar and laser engraved the letters.
awesome I will go back and find the video thanks!@@OneEyeCustoms
I enjoy all your videos. I have a question for you. I've been wanting one of those Buffalo Turbine blowers seen you made that video last year, hard to find used. Do you think its worth investing in a new one? I've been toying with the idea of getting a Ventrac with one on the front, obviously a big investment. Just wondering your thoughts? Thanks
I could talk all day about the buffalo turbine blower. First thing, I love it, use the crap out of it, nothing compares to it! That said, I would love the ride on one they just came out with. I hate turning around to watch it work and wish I had a way to front mount mine.
Used ones are very hard to find and that might just push you in the direction of buying new. Ventrac ones do mount up front so I would say that would be the best way to go but take a look at the ride on one they have. Granted, it is specific to leaf blowing only. Best of luck on the decision.
@@OneEyeCustoms I appreciate the info. I’ve never seen one in person, I think I’m gone ride down to NC to a Ventrac dealer to try one in person. I have several tractors, but older I get I don’t like looking behind me all day either. I guess that means more toys.
Have Good Day!
@@johnezell1366 keep me posted on what you get. Yep, Turing around all day makes my neck and back hurt.
@@OneEyeCustoms will do!

If that is Black Walnut, have Adam mill it. It would be a shame to use it for firewood.
