    The mix of activities/jobs in this video made it interesting to watch. My thought was the shed will provide great screening/blind when friends have to tinkle.

    Nice job by all involved. Good to see the Humboldt cut on the first stem. Helped to keep the tree from hitting the ground so hard. Glad that the 6'5" guy is getting some of the wood.

    Good Morning Doug, I bet I know a place you could get some rough cut Lumber to refurbish the Old Shed into a Deer Blind. 😂 Having Skilled Individuals with the correct equipment makes short work of completing the job at hand. Everybody you used were Top Shelf and showed that they cared about the Job and the Customer’s Satisfaction. Your Son is going to have that Stump to Harvest Smiles and Reflect on the Memory of the New Shed’s Preparation. 😀👍👍👍

    Good video. It was especially cool watching the time lapse with all of the piles of tree slash "melting" down over and over in the fire. I also see that you too have replaced the anemic felling spike that Stihl gives you on their 462s!!! I did the same with mine. The 500 though, comes with at least a pair, and they're good enough that you don't have to replace them like I had to on the 462.

    I enjoy all your videos. I have a question for you. I've been wanting one of those Buffalo Turbine blowers seen you made that video last year, hard to find used. Do you think its worth investing in a new one? I've been toying with the idea of getting a Ventrac with one on the front, obviously a big investment. Just wondering your thoughts? Thanks

    • @OneEyeCustoms
      @OneEyeCustoms  7 месяцев назад

      I could talk all day about the buffalo turbine blower. First thing, I love it, use the crap out of it, nothing compares to it! That said, I would love the ride on one they just came out with. I hate turning around to watch it work and wish I had a way to front mount mine.
      Used ones are very hard to find and that might just push you in the direction of buying new. Ventrac ones do mount up front so I would say that would be the best way to go but take a look at the ride on one they have. Granted, it is specific to leaf blowing only. Best of luck on the decision.

      @@OneEyeCustoms I appreciate the info. I’ve never seen one in person, I think I’m gone ride down to NC to a Ventrac dealer to try one in person. I have several tractors, but older I get I don’t like looking behind me all day either. I guess that means more toys.
