    My 2007 avensis has maybe 1/10th of the rust in this video, yet I have to replace the rear lower control arms. Same reason. The thin section is rusted through.

      The largest part replaced in the video, is called "Rear Lower Suspension Control Arm". In norwegian "bærearm bak".

    Jeg digger hvordan du gjør det her!! SÅÅÅÅ perfekt! Jeg må bytte nedre tversgående bærearmer på min T27... Hva ville slikt arbeid kostet? Og hvor holder du til?

    My 2004 Avensis does not have anywhere near the amount of rust as this one.

    Genuine question. Are the rear inner wheel wells made out of fabric?

    • @timothywild9670
      @timothywild9670 3 года назад +2

      They are lined with felt for sound absorption.

      @@timothywild9670 thanks for answer. Found that out not too long ago. Have to admit, it’s the most idiotic thing in the winter as the snow builds up there and it’s quite hard to get it out. :|

      We do here in Finland due to snow and ice that stuck underneath the car the whole winter

    • @esbenitube
      @esbenitube 3 года назад +6

      This is the result of salt used to remove ice from the roads to make them safer.
