@@lastanahoward8806 it has the same settings. Just doesn't have all the presets. So instead of pushing one button once, you have to push one button a couple times. Not worth it. Though it is a bit smaller.
I ordered one and was so excited for it to come in, only to find that it did not work properly. Customer service had me return it and would not refund or send me another unit until they received the faulty unit back. However, they were very slow to acknowledge they received it, and after an almost month long ordeal, I request a refund rather than another machine. 😒
I can see the point if it, it's cheaper than a restaraunt or corner store style slush machine, and a lot quieter. If you can't wait though, an ice machine and a ninja or blend tech blender might work better if you need more drinks, and don't use sugary drinks.
@@clanholmes pushing this hard, do you work for ninja? The creami is made for small batch ice cream. If you want large batch slush, get the blender, use ice and any drink.
@@epsileth You are wrong. Creami can be used for slushi also. High power Blenders can be used also. I would not buy a creami just to make slushies. Being a diabetic, I got it to make sugar free ice cream and non-dairy sugar free milk shakes. If I wasn't diabetic, I would not have bought it. (Sugar free Ice cream vegan ice cream is nasty expensive) Only mentioned because one they stated you need sugar drinks and have to do large batches. This is a shill review on product that has only one thing that it does well and that it is stirs and keeps in cold. As you stated, blend it and throw the remaining quantity into a fridge or freezer, the reblend again. Plus the fact people need to use "sugar" drinks which is also a lie by the reviewer (maybe they fixed their video) They did ZERO research. When I pointed out that even on the Ninja's website that they can use sugar free slushies, they deleted my post. Lost trust in their reviews. IMHO Ninja is running out of ideas. Another expensive device that has little purpose, clutters a kitchen, and used very seldom. Anyway you should read up on the products (so should the reviewer) before making a comment.
@@clanholmes never said they couldn't. But you keep commenting off topic. Speed, noise level and cost. If you want large batches fast, and don't have sugar drinks, a ninja blender can crush ice to a smoothie or slush drink consistency. The smoothi is great for smaller batches of sugar drinks. And while the creami can do slush, you need several jars of frozen product to make it worth the time.
It's the same way when you go buy one at a store or any other place that sells slushi (icees). Everyone wants to talk about sugar intake when showing a product?! But not ehen they go buy something and showing it!?
Are you buying into the hype? 🍧
Ninja Test Kitchen ( you know the maker of the device that you "reviewed") has recipes for sugar free recipes.
Where are you getting it for $270??
249 at Walmart right now
The one she has is 299.00 on the ninja website. The 249.00 one from Walmart doesn’t have all 5 settings.

@@clanholmes but you have to wait for the jar to freeze, and do two cycles of blending.
