Great knot works well but can feel it hit the guides sometimes. I’ve been using the Alberto knot it doesn’t hit the guides

Right, that's why when using this knot, I try to keep it around 2 foot and not reel the knot through my guides, I mentioned in the video, that this is one you don't want going into your guides. I try to keep my leader shorter then what I like to reel in to cast with this knot. The Alberto knot guide will definitely be coming up soon.

I searched for this but the lines and light they were using were bad, this is better

Really glad you liked it. I don't know what made me think of the black light set up, but I'm glad it turned out looking as good as it did, and everyone seems to like them. I'll definitely do more knots. The next planned is the Alberto, but I have another video that's almost done, that is not a knot.

This is a great knot very strong. I lost a lot of big channel cats using salt water fishing knots that failed. I've actually tried this knot today and it worked very well, no fails on three 15 pounders. Thanks for the great knot video.

Really glad it worked out well for you. It's really easy to tie, and it's a very strong knot. Some knots are stronger then the double uni knot, but you can't mess that one up, if you do it's really obvious that you messed it up. 15 lbs channels. I bet that was a fun fight. Love catching some big cats.

@@BloodKnotAngling it was a great day, hit a few smallies too. Thanks again. I love the way you used a black light in this video. It makes it easy to see what the line looks like better. Great video!
