I had similar experience, smoker for 30 years, one day my lungs really hurt while smoking, go to doctor and he says I have lung cancer. Thank God for those cigarettes, without them I would have never got diagnosed

It’s all about calorie intake. You can eat chips daily and not become obese. It’s not healthy like the other person below said, but if you can control yourself and eat a single serving then it’s honestly fine to eat them daily as long as your eating well/getting proper nutrients in your other meals. Lol I don’t have that control unfortunately, when I eat them I’ll crush an entire bag, that’s why I only do it every now and again. But the worst is when I do it for a few days straight, and the water retention from all the salt/sodium

As long as she’s not eating a whole entire large bag of them (I’m assuming she eats part of it and saves it up for later, there’s no possible way that she can eat a full bag in just one day for 20 years) she should be fine with eating a small portion, along with the fact that she’s eating barely anything else that contains sodium

As much as I love chips as a snack, I only eat them whenever I feel like it but I don’t really eat them every day but I used to during my first year of college and whenever I ate too much, I was gaining weight and although I love chips, I am trying to eat healthier and maintain a steady diet because the unhealthier I am, the more weight I gain, especially since I already gained too much weight at events and on a cruise ship since I had high calorie foods during those times
