Furby's were so weird and creepy but l'd love to have one again. I wish in the 90s I would have known how valuable and sentimental the toys would have been in the future because I would have kept them all. I had some super awesome toys. Does anyone remember the Tommy Pickles doll you could draw on and then wipe it off? He came with a purple marker.
I know it's not quite the same as your own childhood Furby but you can get a brand new/sealed in box/never opened 1990s Furby for quite reasonable. Like $50 or less. Or you can get a used but good condition one for like literally $20.. I know people who have got nice clean ones for like $10-$12. Or maybe you'd find one in your local charity store or thrift shop. They aren't really worth a lot. Except for maybe super rare ones that only a few hundred were produced of like the Kid's Cuisine Furby or rare prototypes etc. Thing is, there's millions upon millions of them and likely always will be as there were so many produced.. in fact, some people believe that was the original Furby's downfall. Over saturation of the market. So thankfully we can still pick them up cheap. I recently found my own childhood Furby in the attic. Luckily he was inside a bag so he is in mint condition, even has his original tag. I was so happy to find him. The original 90s Furby had a bunch of generations.. basically like different styles/colours each gen. Mine is a Gen 2 'Owl' Furby.. sort of silver/grey. I think the one in the video is a Gen 1 'Snowball'. I love them.. just as cute little piece of 90s nostalgia to cherish. I'm gonna start a collection. Pick up some friends for own my little Furby.
@@Sinnerboy88 That's awesome! I'm glad to hear you found yours. I'm definitely going to keep my eye out for some at thrift stores and maybe even order one. Hadn't put batteries in mine in 13 years. Tried to last night, but he did this weird thing where his face was moving nonstop (when he finally woke up). Hopefully, I can get him working properly again at least for one more round of playtime now that I have so much more knowledge about how to play with him (the cool little tricks and whatnot). Either way, I can honestly say I've come back around to loving Furby even though I (like many) have my share of childhood scars around the low-battery nightmare noises. Props to everyone who still has their old Fulbys and takes care of them, whether they still work or are just nice little silent cuddle buddies.
I get that it's creepy and all, but it still breaks my heart when people mistreat toys like these, I'm happy to see someone keeping a furby for soooo long uwu
@Angel Niko I agree with you my friend! I can't even imagine what would happen to a Furby if it's in the hands of HowToBasic! If a Furby is purchased by HowToBasic, that poor little innocent owl-like creature is in grave danger. I hope HowToBasic will never buy a Furby in his entire life.

This toy gave me so much joy as a kid ☺️ I remember holding it in front of me and twirling as fast as I could, locking eyes with it as it went "WoOoaH!". Kind of like Andy and Woody in that scene from Toy Story. Until I accidentally let it slip from my hands and threw it across the room xD. It'd be so creepy when it'd go off in the middle of the night yelling shit like" "feed me" , "cockadoodledoo" and chirping. I stuffed it deep into the storage closet and that was the end of that toy for me.
You can faintly hear the sound of a voice coming from outside. Being tired you lack much worry and get out of your bed to see what it is. You look out the window to see your Furby. It looks damaged, you feel bad and go outside to make sure it's ok. When you reach the location of the Furby it springs to life making you jump back in fear.
