Cougar Mountain Zoo, Issaquah, Washington

Cougar Mountain Zoo is a small but very well-done zoo outside Seattle, Washington. They have a fantastic staff, apples to feed several animals and talks throughout the day. There is also a small snack bar and gift shop. Be sure to buy apples that can be used to feed the animals.
Animals that can be seen include Cougars, Tigers (including a white tiger), reindeer, gray wolves, tropical birds, emu, mule deer, alpaca, wallaby and lemurs.

We dropped back to 996, now 997....it might be a while before 1000 but thank you!! This zoo was really nice. No, no apples for the big cats! They do have a program where you can feed them but it had been stopped because a worker said cats can catch Covid from people. We are well, hope all of you are too. Stay safe. xx
