I guess the RPM's are much higher for the TS400 than a chainsaw so they use a nicer bearing for the clutch. It looked like the washer is #8. Thanks Bill
25:15 that washer is number 8 on the exploded view, if you pause the video at this time stamp and zoom into the phone screen you will see it
I recommend you b buy to press the bearings in will not damage the bearings but hammering them will keep up the great videos.

yeah stihl chop saw parts at dealers are exspensive lucky e bay and amonzon lucky sells it cheaper then the dealer
